It can accommodate 7 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farm furniture and some design classics. The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back, plus garden. A 1-room apartment in a skyscraper with an elevator on the 1st floor. A view of the green square. The apartment is warm, cozy, sunny, old-school style. The room has a double bed, desk, armchair, TV. Living in the monument, something very special! The old school Hohenholz was built in 1860 and has been lovingly renovated by us in recent years, is monumental and with a lot of feeling for the substance of the house. Ecological building materials inside and outside preserve the original identity of the building.
