The area is a peaceful neighbourhood and the property is just two houses away from the main Agbogba - Ashongman road. There are restaurants and mini shopping Malls within the general area. Guests are free to move wherever they wish to go. The house has 4 air conditioners (1 in each of the 3 bedrooms and the living room) to make your stay comfortable in the hot season. However, guest will be requested to pay for their own prepaid electricity and water consumption.

A round house exterior is shown, featuring a wide staircase leading to a covered veranda. Potted plants are situated along the steps, and palm trees create a relaxed atmosphere. The veranda provides a welcoming entry point, enhancing the openness of the space.

RestAwhile small light house design, own garden.

The place is secure and safe with a walled compound planted with various trees and flowers and a parking stand inside the compound. The area is a beach area and the road to the place is bumpy. The area is lively with the very friendly local people. This area is real Ghana and the residents live a very simple life. Normal security precautions must be observed. There is local beach bar night life around. Taxis are easy to come by. I use UBER alot to get around.
