I was able to relax exactly as I imagined in a beautiful traditional village. The izakaya in front of the house is also delicious.

This is a 3-room home with a living room and kitchen. Although there are no shops near the suburbs, there is a countryside view in front of the door and you can walk around. The only thing to be careful of is that the road to the house is narrow and the intersection to turn in is easy to miss, so you need to be very careful. It's quiet here at night, and we only use the tatami room, and we sleep well here.Although the house looks old, you can see that the owner takes good care of it, the house is very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there is an automatic coffee machine for guests to enjoy coffee.The coffee is delicious. There are plenty of drying racks and hangers in the laundry room, which makes it very convenient for me to use because of laundry needs.The landlord also considered the heating needs of the old house, which is very helpful for those of us who are afraid of the cold, especially when taking a shower, it's warm and comfortable. The house provides plenty of spare cloths and towels for guests to replace, and there are vacuum cleaners for guests to maintain the cleanliness of the environment. This part is also very commendable. Guests don't have to waste paper towels to wipe the table, and they can maintain the environment themselves. From the many details of the house, you can see that the landlord is thoughtful in the maintenance of the house and the needs of customers.Especially in contact, the host will respond as soon as possible, and the travel information provided is very helpful. The unexpected twist is that I have a piece of clothing left in the B&B and didn't bring it. Wonderful. Although it was a self check-in, our hosts were on site, doing some gardening. They showed us around and they left us with fresh vegetables from the garden, fresh eggs and some delicious shiitake mushrooms, also grown there. It was nice to meet them. The traditional house is well kept and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. It is very bright and nicer than the photos indicate.

It's so nice and beautiful place. If time allows, I would like to extend my stay in Kou's house longer. Only the thing I feel a little bit comfortable was a big bath tub which was difficult to fit the temperature on it.

Emi’s place was lovely for our stay in Hyuga. Emi provided us with local recommendations, including the local katsu spot, which we loved! Highly recommend Emi’s accommodation!

The house had a beautiful ocean view! Convenience store is located in walking distance. We bought some foods there and cooked breakfast. The kitchen had condiment we need to cook quick breakfast. Two kids (4 year old and 6 year old) loved the place because it had a spacy living room they can play. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed two nights and it was such a great experience, the kids cried when we left because they wanted to stay. Kiyoko’s and Keijiro’s place has a sauna, a cafe, a bakery and the cosiest traditional house which we stayed in. The food was terrific. We had a huge breakfast, cooked Japanese pizza for lunch with the kids, and made sushi from scratch with Ikeda, a friend of the house who brought all the food and helped us prepare. We felt so welcome. Recommend to anyone who wants to experience true Japanese hospitality.

The host was very kind, kind, and very accommodating to our wishes. The house was also very clean, very quiet outside, greenery, and a peaceful view. We had a barbecue with our friends this time, but we had a very elegant time without worrying about the eyes of the people. We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.
