Vacation rentals with breakfast in Koukaki, Athens

I had a great stay at this studio! The location was fantastic—quiet area with easy access to both the metro and the airport. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The host was excellent, very friendly, and the communication throughout was seamless. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though the only downside was that the studio shared a door with another space, so I could hear some noise from the other guests.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

Si estas en Atenas DEBES quedarte aquí, la vista es única e incluso privilegiada en opinión de los propios Griegos. El lugar es muy grande y tiene muchas cosas cerca. Vale muchísimo la pena, 5 estrellas. ✨️

I had a pleasant 2-night stay at this place. It’s situated in a charming neighborhood, just a short walk from lively Petralona Square, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants. It’s also conveniently close to the amazing Filopappou Hill, perfect for a scenic stroll that brings you to Acropolis. Communication with the host, Foteini, was excellent—she was responsive and made everything easy. The only downside was that the bathroom is a bit small, but overall, it didn’t take away from the experience.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άνετη. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενεστατοι και φιλόξενοι. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, με μοντέρνα σχεδίαση και θα αποτελέσει την πρώτη μας επιλογή σε επόμενη επίσκεψη

Η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός, προσεγμένος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, δημιουργώντας μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής, με καταστήματα και εστιατόρια σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμη, τόσο με αυτοκίνητο όσο και με μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Επιπλέον, το πάρκινγκ ήταν άνετο και εύκολο, κάτι που μας διευκόλυνε ιδιαίτερα. Ένα μεγάλο θετικό στοιχείο ήταν η εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος, απαντούσε γρήγορα και ήταν πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για μια εξαιρετική επιλογή, ιδανική για όποιον αναζητά έναν καθαρό, άνετο χώρο σε καλή τοποθεσία, με έναν φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό οικοδεσπότη. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά!

j'ai passé un super séjour à Athènes. Marina est très réactive et explique très bien comment arriver à l'appartement. au fil du séjour elle m'a conseillé des endroits pour sortir. Appartement parfait pour une personne. toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pieds et ça c'est vraiment un plus. La boulangerie juste en bas est très bonne, il y a un très beau parc juste en bas, et une très belle vue sur l'acropole quand on monte un petit peu. emplacement idéal Marina est une super hôte !!!!

Wanted to express how much I enjoyed my stay at Dimitra's Airbnb. The location was absolutely amazing, and the house itself was so much fun to stay in. Very spacious house. Loved it!

Cléo est une hôte formidable. Malgré notre arrivée en début de soirée, elle est venue nous accueillir à l'appartement et nous a indiqué les endroits où nous restaurer. A proximité de l'appartement, vous trouverez des restaurants, cafés ,une petite épicerie et une petite supérette. Les explications pour rejoindre le logement sont très claires. L'appartement est très propre, confortable et situé dans un quartier très agréables. Vous êtes à proximité du mont Lycabette qui offre une vue incroyable sur la ville. De l'immense terrasse, vous avez une vue sur le mont Lycabette et vous pouvez même apercevoir l'Acropole. Petit plus, le matin vous pouvez admirer le lever du soleil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons pu rejoindre à pied les principaux sites, tel que l'acropole, le musée national archéologique ou encore la place du parlement pour assister à la relève de la garde ou encore flâner dans le parc juste à côté. Όμορφο, ζεστό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι σε όμορφη γειτονία κοντά στο μετρό. Η Γιούλη ήταν φιλική και άμεσα προσβάσιμη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, μοντέρνο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, σε πολύ καλή περιοχή. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν ΑΨΟΓΗ. Απαντούσε αμέσως και ικανοποίησε όλα τα αιτήματα μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

L'appartement est élégant avec une décoration discrète, de hauts plafonds et de beaux parquets. Il est bien agencé et dispose d'un petit balcon idéal pour un café du matin. Très bien situé dans un quartier hyper-centre et à proximité des stations de métro, boutiques, restaurants, cafés et tout. La communication avec les hôtes est super et rapide. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et je sûr que je vais le choisir pour mon prochaine séjour à Athènes.

It is a unique and very charismatic home, spacious, has a great garden, great bed, great heating when needed. The area has a lot of stores of all sorts (food, pharmacies, clothes, jewelry...you name it). The bus station is very close. Communication with Timmi is great and the treats and advices provided were very appreciated. I have enjoyed the stay a lot so thank you very much.
