今までのレビューをご覧ください📚️ 世界中のゲスト様から感動的な感想が書いてありますので、どうぞご安心ください☺️ 皆様はこのログハウスは貸し切りです🏡 困ったら隣の家にHOSTが住んでいますので、いつでも直ぐにサポートできます。春はウッドデッキの前に桜が咲き、夏は眩しいほどの緑に覆われ、秋は窓のすぐ外に紅葉が広がり、冬は雪と静けさに包まれる。誰にも邪魔されないプライベートウッドデッキで、BBQをしたりコーヒーを飲んだり至福のときが過ごせます🍀 裏の坂でお子様が簡単なスキーの練習もできますし、私達でスキーを教えます⛷️ 登山愛好家の方にも最適です。建物の裏には徒歩5秒で、すぐ藻岩山の北の沢登山口があります。登山を楽しんだ後すぐにお風呂に入り、ウッドデッキで夕涼みするのは珠玉の時間です。近隣のスキー場へは約1.5キロ、定山渓や支笏湖方面へのアクセスにも便利な立地です。 BBQやスノーシューのレンタルも可能ですので、ぜひここを拠点に道央エリアの自然を満喫していただければ幸いです。もちろん、木の温もりあふれるお家でゆっくりお過ごしいただくのもお勧めです🏡

はじめまして。2023年11月から民泊を始めました。札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の１棟アパートの2階の1部屋です。私達は、同じアパートに住んでいますので、何かあればすぐに対応します。また、お時間が合いましたら、一緒に出かけたり、ゲストの方々とお食事をして楽しんでいます。札幌駅から3駅のJR新川駅から徒歩10分、地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分という少し不便な場所ですが、車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分ドラッグストアまで徒歩4分スーパーまで徒歩10分生活には便利な場所です。また、電車で2駅行くと大型スーパーや温泉施設があります。施設内に駐車場が1台分用意できます(要予約)。一日500円で利用可能です。(私が日々使っている駐車場です。私が他の場所に停めます) ソファーベッドは170cmです。【送迎について】宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車で送迎させて頂きます。時間が合わなければすみません。 Wi-Fi完備、専用のキッチン・バストイレがありますので長期滞在・テレワークの方大歓迎です。

小樽の小高い山にある、海と山が一望できる民泊ezora、刻々と景色が変わり、ずっと眺めていたくなる景色は忘れることができない思い出になります。お部屋は全リフォームしたのでとてもきれいです。洋室は2部屋ありますので、ご家族やグループでも自分の時間を保つことができます。調理器具や洗濯機はそろっており、WI-FIもあるので、長期滞在のご利用も多いです。小樽や札幌の中間にあり、高速ICからも近いので遠出の観光もしやすいです。お車がないと不便な場所ですが、銭函駅からタクシーを利用することもできます。冬期間は四駆であれば軽自動車でも登ってこられますが大雪の際は除雪が入るまでは移動ができません。犬は二匹まで一緒に宿泊OK！(別料金2000円、犬種問わず）犬宿泊同意書のサインが必要になりますので予約時に内容をお送りします。（狂犬病予防注射接種、ワクチン接種必須等）※猫は不可現在のご予約は7月31日まで承っております。8月以降のご予約で7泊以上の長期滞在は承ることもありますのでお問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。
