Good place to stay in PIK, very near to the market and many food choices

Excellent location above a large shopping centre with a big supermarket etc. Easy to get grab/gojek. Useful laundry in the basement. Communication with Farah is exceptional and the apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. One plus point is you cant hear the call for prays when the balcony doors are shut.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was super clean, smelled really nice, and had everything we needed. So convenient! The location is awesome too. Really close to the toll gate and just a short walk to McD. Merry was an amazing host. Very quick to respond, and really helpful. Would totally recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. The place is clean and very comfy. The view is veru beautiful. In master bedroom, we can see the view of JIS and 2 mountains (I dont know what mountain it is, but I can see the two of them when the weather is clean). The place is so complete, there is a hairdryer, iron, and we can use the washer. When we arrived, there is some welcome food that we can eat. I'm so in love with your place. Thank you!!!

Small studio but perfect for 1 , 2 and everything in it and quiet , no noise of cars. Clear instructions (sorry about my mistake with the lock,my mistake ) I am coming often through Jakarta I may be back. Yungni I did not meet. is very nice, helpful thanks/merci /terimakhasi

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, it's easy to get to the mall, just a little difficult to find a place to pack the car

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

Thank you for providing the apartment at an affordable price but the facilities are very worth it, my family and I feel comfortable. the check in and check out process is very easy and helped by the owner who is very friendly and communicative next if there is a need around Angke I will definitely stay here 🥰

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

great house to spend time with family, water to drink is available no need to buy, parking for 2 cars, rice cooker is available, hot water to bath, towels ready, soap and shampoo ready, strategic place for food.

depends on what you're looking for, but for the price you'll get an entire tiny hom in a very nice neighborhood and a great jumping point to explore serpong/BSD area.

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
