The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

The small barn has a separate entrance and is part of a 100-year-old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the countryside. Shops and restaurants as well as snacks are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom and a couch with TV (smart TV). Wi-Fi is available. The property also has an Expressi coffee machine, a stovetop, microwave and fridge.

Apartment in an old manor

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!

Pretty 2-room apartment

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
