The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

Pretty 2-room apartment

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
