A day like a gift (Welcoming you in the forest, Minjoo Mountain)

'A day like a gift' is an experience-type accommodation located in the forest at the top of Domaryeong (700m above sea level) in Minjujisan, Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. We have remodeled a wooden house (Dalbat House, 2005) and a family-built earthen house (So Young Hall, 2006) for our elderly parents, so that only one team of guests can stay in the entire house. Recently, a tree house (Wol Forest House, 2024) was built on a 6-7 meter-high Japanese cedar tree in the Wol Forest, and this can also be experienced for free. The experience is divided into traditional cultural experiences and ecological experiences, which are offered in a variety of paid and free experiences. The mud house was built with wood, earth, and stone from the moon field, like the mountain village of our ancestors. You can experience lighting a fire in a traditional house, where you can feel the wisdom of a house that is cool and warm. The words 'A day like a gift' are engraved in the merchant room of the mud house. We will try to give everyone who comes here a simple gift called 'a day like a gift'.

It is a private Hanok in a quiet village. It is recommended for those who want to spend time with their family or couple, or those who need a break or healing in a cozy place. During the day, you can enjoy the mountains and fields, and at night you can see the stars shining in the sky. The number of guests available for accommodation is 2 people (2 adults). Reservations can be made for up to 2 people until February and up to 4 people from March. Infants can stay with you at no extra charge. If you need extra bedding, please mark it as an additional person. The bedding is always fresh and hand-washed. We prepare organic cotton, cotton wool, and pure cotton products. You can cook at the property. However, please refrain from cooking cooking food with strong smells indoors. If you tell us in advance, you can barbecue outdoors. (There is no additional cost, and charcoal and grill must be prepared by yourself.) We prepare premium beans and high-grade boy tea.
