The infrastructure is excellent; there is a bank next door with 24h ATM, several grocery stores, health food stores and bakeries few steps away, lots of restaurants and shops and famous open market Dolac is several minutes by foot. This is the most famous shopping street in Zagreb. If you like to walk, run or just relax in a park, one of the biggest parks Tuškanac is 3 mins. from the apartment. The passage to Tuškanac park from Ilica street is very popular area with high end designer ateliers, bars and art movie theatre. Pedestrian zone with popular Flower Square is a short walk also. There you can find the only shopping mall in city centre. Fully furnished and equipped apartment with high ceilings that combine historical elements with modern décor can comfortably accommodate 3 guests and a child. There is one king size bed, one foldout bed and a crib. The place consists of spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, very large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of closet space and a bathroom with a shower. The place is very quiet with fresh garden air so you can leave your windows open on warm days and nights which is a rare find in city centre. It is situated on the second floor accessible by stairs, secured by separate entrance with intercom. The building itself was newly reconstructed and is very well maintained. We supply unlimited WIFI internet free of charge. There is LCD TV in the apartment with over 80 international channels including sport channels, news channels, channels for kids and more. The apartment is very warm during winter with central heating unit for individual regulation and cool during summer with AC as well. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving). There is a washing machine, ironing board and an iron provided as well. Hair dryer is also provided. Fresh linen and lots of white fluffy towels are standard offer of the apartment, all proffesionaly cleaned. There is a pair of disposable slippers for every guest to feel more comfortable. You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment with all its amenities including fully equipped kitchen, LCD TV with cable - international channels, free wifi, great air condition, central heating, personalised guidebook with our local recommendations and insight tips for full Zagreb experience. Park your car in a nearby garage because you will not need it during your stay. Also, tram stop is steps away with direct connection to Central Railway or Central Bus station. Most main city attractions and sites are right here. Everything is within a walking distance, no need for a car. Many areas are pedestrian zones. Central station and bus terminal is several (direct) tram stops away. Tram stop is just a minute away. I will send you detail directions when you book. Taxi in Zagreb is not expensive, there is also Uber and Taxify service available. If you wish, I offer VIP taxi pickup from the airport at reduced price to all my guests. If you are arriving with private car, a daily ticket is available at price of 60 HRK (app. 8 EUR/day) or a weekly ticket for 200 HRK (26 EUR/week) at a fantastic nearby public garage Tuškanac. There is a charger for electric vehicles as well. You can pull over shortly at street entrance in front of the apartment to leave the luggage if you wish to do so. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.
