I’m a frequent visitor to Tonga and would most probably book this every time I visit. Enjoyed the privacy. Communication was swift and location was nice and quiet. I thought there wasn’t a microwave from looking at the pics, but there was and very handy. You’d save more staying here than paying for a cramped room at a hotel. Had one issue with the shower but Cilla had that sorted fast and not Tongan time hehe. Kia orana e Kia Manuia, Felila, Cilla and your family.
The exterior of the tiny house features a covered porch with white railings and steps leading to a door. Lush tropical plants and flowers surround the walkway, enhancing the entry. Security lighting is mounted above the door, providing illumination for the entrance.

I had a wonderful stay at Piula place! They are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts—friendly, accommodating, and always happy to chat. From the moment I arrived, we felt safe and right at home. The house is tidy, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for genuine hospitality and a cozy, well-equipped place to stay.
An outdoor seating area is visible beneath a wooden overhang, featuring a table and chairs. A hammock hangs nearby, and a tree provides shade. The exterior walls of the building are painted in soft colors, with a door framed by a screen for ventilation.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything you need and town is within walking distance. Could come and go as we pleased, never felt pressure. Felt welcomed and left to our own business although we knew Yvette was there if needed. We stayed when no other guests were there, recommend booking 2 rooms if you want your own space.

Dayspring B&B Lodge

I had such a wonderful stay with Selina - thought i’ll be staying in a dorm room but got a private room instead! Selina and her son, mini boss Masiu are so helpful so I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Thank you for your kindness and help! Selina offered me local delicacies and drove me town when it was pouring rain. Would recommend to anyone who wants a second family in Tonga!
A dining area features a dark wooden table set with plates and surrounded by six chairs. A floral curtain partially covers a window, while a light fixture with five bulbs illuminates the space. The kitchen is visible in the background, showcasing modern cabinets and appliances.

If you want a fancy place, this is not it. BUT if you are looking for a local experience with amazing hosts, for a very reasonable price, this is THE place. I have never met such a sweet, caring and loving host like Tai. Her daughter was the best to my kids, she took us everywhere. I was a bit skeptical about this booking as there werent reviews, but im so glad i booked it, that when im going back, i want to stay there again. She took us to church and allowed us to embrace the Sunday rituals which was fantastic and even invited us to a meal. I am very grateful we got to meet her (i went by myself with my 5 kids all under 8 and i felt super safe). We were welcomed as family! Thank you for all you did to us!

Great place within a 5-10 min walk to center of town. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Shower very good. AC is very good as well. The host was awesome. She was waiting for me at the airport (added cost but worth it). Very helpful host. Would highly recommend staying here.
