Cosy room in Faroe Island, surrounded by mountains

Nice and cozy place. Slept very well :-)
A scenic view captures rolling hills and a gentle shoreline from a window. A small boat sits in a reflective body of water, framed by grassy banks. Decorative bowls are placed on the windowsill, complementing the natural landscape beyond.

The little house by the beach

IrinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay was just perfect! Extremely nice surroundings, and extremely nice and comfortable house just in front of the water. Mountains view from one window, waterfall view from another, water from the third one. The house itself is very clean, everything is new and prepared with love, also you can find everything you could need. We lived there only for two days but definitely would like to stay longer. Initially we had doubts regarding location, as you have to spend additional 20 minutes to drive to the main road from there, but it turned out to be the best time, when you can enjoy the nature and SHEEPS all the way. Also easy accessable at any weather. Definitely recommend to stay there as long as you can :)

Cozy Traditional Faroese House Next to the River

NicolaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We are happy to have stayed in this house for a unique experience that made us jump through time and space. Arriving in the Faroe Islands was like being transported to another dimension, staying in Marianna's house helps to rediscover the charm of a forgotten time. A warm and enveloping environment where even the creaking of the floorboards makes you feel good. The house is in a beautiful and quiet location. Logistically in a strategic position to reach all the locations of the Faroe Islands. There is everything you need to feel good and feel part of the fantastic world of these islands. Finally, a healthy and fair spirit of adaptation is required: access to the bathroom from a hatch is not entirely easy and the height of the bathroom ceiling is less than 1.75m. That said, I'm 1.80 tall, but I'd definitely go back...

Charming old faroese house

JoannaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a beautiful cottage in such quiet surroundings - except for the rush of the waterfalls and the curlews crying! I spent a very rainy weekend at this comfy and cosy cottage, enjoying walks down to the harbour and to the end of the road, magnificent views across the water and up the hillside, watching the birds and the lambs, a wonderful place to get away from it all.
A circular balcony features a wooden deck, providing unobstructed views of calm waters and rocky shorelines. The distant hills are partially shrouded in clouds, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere. A metal railing encircles the space, ensuring safety while soaking in the picturesque coastal scenery.

Unique boathouse by the foreshore | Sea view

ShaneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
There is no way to capture in pictures how beautiful the scenery is from this home. Absolutely stunning. Very comfortable for 2 people but the shower was a challenge. No way around that. It was an adventure trying to get a shower in and try not to fall and kill yourself. Small price to pay in my opinion and will 100% stay here again.
A dining area is presented with a round wooden table surrounded by four dark green chairs with light wooden legs. A small vase with flowers is placed at the center of the table. Natural light fills the space through a window, with décor displayed on a nearby shelf.
