Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Koksijde

The apartment has both a beautiful glass window and a terrace on the sea side, but also two bedrooms with a terrace in the rising sun. It's very bright. The parking spot is particularly appreciated, and access from the level minus an easy one to access the elevator. Claude is very responsive and perfectly guides check-in as well as requests during your stay. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with "funds" in the kitchen so that we could cook without buying all the essentials. We had a great week with my daughter and three small children who enjoyed the dike, sand, sea, cooking and ice cream. Highly recommend this apartment!

We spent an extended weekend here as 2 married couples. The apartment is high quality and as good as new. Lots of light. 13th floor with large wrap-around balcony. Beds, towels, all amenities are high quality. View of the very nearby sea. Only restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity are bad. Baker 2 minutes' walk. 5 stars total.

Great apartment and especially fantastic location - from the house, right on the beach and a playground on the other side (and the block in the morning from the window <3). That was great for our needs. Clean apartment and very well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking. Apartment looks like the pictures, clear recommendation, we had a good time.

Marjan's flat was gorgeous and clean. Everything was according to the description. The kitchen was super well-functioning; I cooked every day. We were here with our 3-year-old son, who loved everything. The city center is a 15-20-minute walk along the seaside. A private parking spot in the garage is a big plus. And the ever-changing fantastic view... I am already homesick! I certainly hope we will be back one day.

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We were super satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the accommodation and the friendly welcome from Kris. The apartment was very nicely and cozily furnished. Spacious and homey. We enjoyed our stay in the Duinhuisje for a long weekend with our family of 8 adults and 2 children ! It is a very cozy house, the kitchen is equipped with everything, there is a lovely garden for the children with sandbox and swing but also 3 garden tables, plenty of loungers, … For us, this stay can only be described with superlatives and is highly recommended ! Thank you also to Ann for letting us check in earlier and to the friendly neighbor for the welcome and the detailed explanation.

What a beautiful home, fully equipped not only in the kitchen but so many towels it was a luxury. Sitting in the garden with wine in the sunshine in a peaceful environment also added to the charm. Thank you for opening up your lovely home for us.

Extreme affability, availability and responsiveness of our hosts. Based on our experience, the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever visited! Spacious (more than imagined through the photo report), bright, modern comfort beyond what you can expect from an Airbnb in this category. Very cozy, with lots of features for families (available: games, books, children's beds, bicycles, etc.). Great location! Plenty of parking in front of the property. Small shops, amenities and restaurant. Just around the corner. A beautiful beach within walking distance. Also highlighted, a hiking trail directly accessible via private access from the garden. In short, an unforgettable family stay! A reference for us for this part of the north coast!

We liked the place very much! The location is simply unbeatable, easy check-in, everything you need is available in the apartment. Next door is a bakery, a supermarket and that was absolutely enough for us.

LOVED THIS PLACE — booked sebastian’s place for a last-minute Mother’s Day staycation and it was amazing, the proximity to the beach is out of this world the surrounding area is extremely walkable and there’s amazing restaurants everywhere plenty of bars plenty of things to do honestly 10 out of 10 location — also never felt unsafe which was so nice being in a new city even with getting in and out the airbnb Sebastian was an amazing host and quick with his response times i’m already trying to convince my husband to take another trip back to beach so we can experience this stay again thank you sebastian for making a trip to a new city easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Well we had the most fantastic stay in this accommodation the view could not have been better and the location was spectacular. The place was completely spotless and had everything you could want, with the most comfortable beds. The host was so quick and responsive/ patient with any request or questions we had. Would definitely book again if we came back to Belgium

You will arrive in a beautiful bright with a fantastic sea view. You can enjoy the sunset. Everything you can think of is present in the apartment. Quality has clearly been chosen. We were with a family of 3 and 2 grandparents. The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets ensured everyone's comfort. The apartment is conveniently located. Close to shops, restaurants, ice cream 😀 and the beach. Communication with the owners is super smooth.
