Welcome to a neat and cozy 3 bedroom cottage along the Vääräjoki river. The cottage has a toilet/bathroom and a wood-heated sauna. Quiet yet easy to access location in a rural environment. In use all year round. Firewood is available for the fireplace and for heating the sauna. Lean-to in the yard. The cottage has an open kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is no Wi-Fi connection, mobile network coverage in the area is good.

This beach house, complete with a modern kitchen, sauna, and beachside terrace, provides all you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Finished in 2021, our house is ideal for a quiet, relaxing escape in a natural setting that balances comfort with simplicity. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.
