Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. Eine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, die Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und einigen Restaurants/Bars entfernt. Ideal vor oder nach einem Flug. Hervorzuheben sind die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Magdalin und ihr Mann – danke für die Unterstützung bei unserer Weiterreise!

Wir waren eine Nacht dort und sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden nett empfangen und es wurde schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und entspricht den Bildern.

We loved staying at Villa Mika! The villa is so luxurious and cosy we felt truly at home!! There are so many nice details we enjoyed like: The morning trip they give us in their Jeep for free to the market. The fully equipped appliances The free breakfast that Priyan prepared for us! Which was really yummy. The pool and jacuzzi ofcourse were fantastic. Only thing that the pool is deep so you need to be careful if you have kids maybe a floaty would help. We definitely would love to come back here in the future! Thanks alot to JC and Natasha for being such great Hosts it was a pleasure to meet them. Also a shout out to Sira the housekeeper he was extremely responsive and friendly.

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!
