Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ko Yao Yai

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with great amenities and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us a lot of helpful tips and recommendations. In addition, there was a contact person for every request, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. The villa is located in a secure / monitored settlement, which gave us a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

We loved this place. We spent Christmas there with a family of 9 ranging in ages from 1 to 71. We had tons of space and loved the elevator to get between the floors. The pool and roof are really nice. The location is close to the beach and with the security guard outside you feel very safe. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Our team of hosts were incredibly responsive and gave fantastic recommendations. They also arrange a boat tour for us. Thanks again Eric, Holly and team!

Fantastic stay for the couple of nights we spent in Patong. Luxurious bedrooms and amazing views at the top of the hill

We had a pleasant stay and felt right at home. The house is spacious, clean and offers plenty of space. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. A surprise, however, was the view from the second floor of a dilapidated building that apparently serves as accommodation for the homeless. The location is okay – about 15 minutes from the beach, but you have to cross a large main road without pedestrian crossings, which can be tedious with children. The proximity to several supermarkets is positive. The price of about 4500 baht for 10 days for electricity and water in addition, corresponded to the description, but we found it a bit high. However, the communication was very good and we were also generally very happy with the selection. Parking is available, washing machine as well as functional kitchen. Pool was great with kids and was also a lot of fun.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Rawai. The host, Ben, was brilliant—very attentive and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The villa itself was lovely: spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned every couple of days, including the pool which was a great touch. The location was also spot on—close to a great selection of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Our stay was amazing! The place was a peaceful and quiet getaway from the hustle, yet still very easy and quick to reach the city center. Having a 7-11 just around the corner was super convenient. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and given a thorough introduction to everything. The host was always quick to respond, making communication seamless. We also really appreciated the flexibility of being able to check out later than 11 AM. Plus, the scooter rental available made getting around even easier. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended! ☺️

I will arrange my visit accordingly to this villa availability because it is worth every penny. We hire a private driver. The space for parking is spacious. The house is amazing. The service is 5 star. I will recommend this place again and again

Kanok is the most awesome of hosts. Willing to help set up car rental, taxi pickups and extra cleanings throughout our stay. She went above and beyond at all levels. The home itself is very kitschy and cute and has all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately it is a bit out from city of AoNang but the rental car helped a lot and parking is pretty easy in AoNang and free for the most part.

We decided to skip the hotels this time and we are all very happy we did. This property is just beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We ended up using the kitchen more than we expected. It was a perfect place for our friends and us to hang out and relax. Ah was so helpful- ordered ice for us, we had massage ladies come for foot massages at the house. Anna is fast on replying back to any questions you might have. The rooms are just like the pictures. The garden/pool area is just so peaceful with the kittens running around. It is a little oasis. We really enjoyed our stay and most likely will be back again. We were able to get Grab car service from the villa to the beach. Makro is close by. We were picked up by shuttle for island day trip. Beautiful poolside villa set in gardens just off the busy Surin main road. Villa manager is very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a large group / family wanting a base from which to discover Phuket.

Beautiful resort. We had a bungalow with a sea view which was lovely. Enjoyed watching the monkeys who also came to our balcony on one morning. Really helpful staff. It’s about a 1km walk to the main town but it’s a nice walk with lots of bars etc on the way, or you can get a water taxi. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend
