Apartment vacation rentals in Ko Tao

We were 4 adults in the company. First booked 4 nights as we had plans to go to the other side and stay there for a couple of days but we loved the property so we had the opportunity to extend our stay another couple of days. EVERYTHING is perfect. Clean, fresh. Just like in pictures. The pool is cleaned every day, it is a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would note is that you HAVE to rent a moped/car to get around the island. There are a few restaurants nearby but if you want more choices you should go a bit away. You can walk down to the beach , about a 10-minute walk. According to our experience one of the BEST on the whole island (we visited many). Very calm. Turquoise water, sandy beach, no rocks. You can rent sun loungers for 100 bath pieces for the whole day . Food and massage by the beach. Finding there is a bit difficult, one has to walk past private area (which is not private anymore). The woman who received us Shy? sorry if I write the wrong name. But she was absolutely amazing. THANK YOU

We had a wonderful stay. There were excellent street restaurants in the area and our gym was within walking distance. The neighbourhood is lively, but we slept really well, which was also due to the fact that the bed was very large with a nice firm mattress. The flat has everything you need to cook snacks, but we always went out to eat, we love Thai food and Pad Thai is great for breakfast. In addition, Rattana and Johny are very well organised hosts, I have really never received such quick feedback to questions and such helpfulness.

Great spot with bike hire close. Being on the main road side, noise from traffic was noticeable but not an issue for us. Great parking, 10 step walk from our building and we could see the bike from our balcony. The door to enter the building required a keycard however on the second day we realized it was always unlocked. forgot my nail clippers... 8/10

The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious, super clean and well equipped. Both the host and property manager, San, were helpful with the questions we had and made us feel ar home from the moment we arrived, we stayed for 7 nights and could have easily stayed longer.

We were in the apartment for almost 50 days and she met all our expectations and requirements . The apartment is located in a convenient place close to the 7/11 store We were 2 adults and 2 children and the apartment was big and spacious enough to be in it Matilda is amazing and gives a quick response to every question and request Highly recommend We will undoubtedly come back to the apartment again

We loved our week in Koh Samui. The villa was perfect, very clean and comfortable and the grounds and pool were very nice. Help with transportation to and from the airport were handled by Ian and his wife, making our stay totally stress free. We loved the huge covered patio for relaxing and listening to the birds. I enjoyed my stay. The place is basic but has a very nice vibe with the balcony. Wifi is stable. I could work from there very well. Ocean Vibe is a great cafe nearby. Antonie is super friendly and helpful.

An ideal place to stay if you have planned the day with activities and want to return to sleep in the evening and want to sleep in and freshen up.

The accommodation was perfect for arriving on Kho Samui. Everything was clean and as described in the photos. The owner Ryan was super friendly and together with the host Manunya took care of everything we needed. Communication was always very quick. He even got us a scooter on request. 10/10 :)

Lovely place. We felt at home right away and it was a very comfortable stay. The place itslef is very clean and has everything that you might need for a short or long stay. Also we loved various plants and trees on the territory, they are soo beautiful. Kathrin was flexible for check in and out time and very responsive for any questions. Highly recommend!

Yulia's place is stunning! It's exactly like the photos and exceptionally maintained. Yulia's communication was great, with advice on preordering groceries, and she arranged a cot which honestly was in better shape than almost every place I've stayed (incl many hotels), and she was super responsive about maintenance in the flat when there were a couple of niggles, and it helped that she had a local contact that could help out too. The location is amazing, the condo has a number of stunning pools, isnt far from the airport, and is right on a peaceful stretch of Mai Khao beach. There are a few good beachside eateries around, or you can head to one of the big hotels for food. It's all walkable or you can get a local taxi just outside the condo. NOTE: one thing we did miss was that there is a deposit that needs to be paid in CASH. It's not an insignificant amount so just make sure you bring enough - we didn't and there was no way to pay it via a transfer or similar.

We had restful end enjoyable stay. The grounds were phenomenal and a welcome reprieve from the bustle of city life. Recommend to future visitors!

We stayed at Alexandra’s place for 2 nights. Had a lovely stay, the host is very responsive. The location is up in the hills, so having own vehicle/rented bike is a huge help, and the view from the terrace of the flat is absolutely worth it (esp. from the jacuzzi). Would love to come back again in the future and stay for longer period.

Very private. Even common swimming pool was empty for most of the time. Very close to the beach. The water in the sea is clear. Planty of restaurants and almost no people. Ideal for somebody who want to chill.

Christian was very flexible and gave good advice. The accommodation is sublime, surrounded by nature. A peaceful harbor. We stayed there for 5 days and wanted to extend it a little…! Thank you very much!
