An incredibly beautiful place to stay for a great price. The property is located on the most beautiful beach in Ko Phangan and it is very quiet and relaxed. Nearby attractions are easily and relatively quickly accessible by scooter. Bovy and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! 🙏☀️🫶

Outstanding host with a great staff. Walking distance to a great beach. The on-site restaurant was the best. All the dishes I tried were delicious. I will return back to Jin's when I visit Koh Samui again.

Günther welcomed us when we arrived and showed impeccable professionalism, always responsive with his team to our various requests. We were able to rent a scooter on site directly as well as book a tour. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place, everything is thought out for both adults and children. There is enough space for a large company. We really liked the anti-stress loungers filled with balls and the place in the living room where there are a lot of cushions. Definitely the villa and the attitude of the owners is worth the money

Host is friendly and helpful, suite is very roomy and nice and private located. The most amazing thing — great view from convenient terrace. There is cute private beach 2 minutes down the suite as big advantage of a place. You need motorbike or car if you want to explore surroundings.

This is where you find peace... It is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It is a truly unique experience to stay here. The host is easy to communicate with - and will give you tips where to spend your time. The wifi is great - and it is the perfect place to unwind or remote work. The sunset at any of beach clubs closeby is reccommended. You do need a motorbike, and the ride up to the hut is a bit bumpy, but should be no problem. I really really hope to come back here.

It was really very nice there. The location is great, you can quickly reach the pier and there are also restaurants nearby. The place is very nicely made you have everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

Wow, loved my stay here!! Perfect location to enjoy everything the Bays has to offer, friendly staff, killer accommodations and although there’s no gym, trust me, you won’t need one😉😉 if you know you know🙃

We stayed two weeks in Vladimir's place. The house located about 10-15 walking distance from the fisherman's village. You have great Thai restaurant around (check Faro), 7/11 across the street, ATM, taxi stop and everything that you need. It was exactly like in the pictures, clean. The communication was great and things were fixed quickly when needed. We could enjoy the area but also have our privacy in quiet place :)

The place is close to the pier so it can be reached quickly. Also a 7-Eleven is near. The receptionist is very sweet and the check-in and check-out worked quickly. She also helped us when we needed a taxi. The place was tidy and clean. Also the bed was comfortable. The road next door didn't bother us very much as it wasn't very busy. However, if there are parties nearby, you can hear the music from it. All in one highly recommended :))

It was great! Nice ambience, well located right off the main road yet quiet location and not noisy. Great pool right in front of the balcony. Were there too early to check in, still responded quickly and sent staff which brought us to the room. Definitely recommended!

very nice place for a peaceful holiday, a warm welcome, the staff always smiling and caring. it's close to a few excursions. the very large and comfortable room. everything was perfect. thank you to The Siam Residence.

It was our treat ourselves stay while still maintaining a budget which was achievable with this place. The shared pool was great as well as the private pool. Aircon was a life saver. The staff are all incredibly friendly and very helpful. Location was good, away from things to be peaceful but not far enough away you couldn’t just walk to places. Will be staying again next time!!

An amazing stay in a great location, perfect for the great club downstairs and next to the beach. Friendly Vibes Cannabis up the beach (on the other side of the road) is the best place for bud nearby both in terms of quality and price. Sand Yard practically next door for great fire shows and beachside dining. The Airbnb also has a fully equipped kitchen near the pool which was great for cooking a BBQ at sunset!

I was happy with the flat. Clean, modern, calm, AC worked great. In the common area always fresh water. Communication with the owner was good

On is a great host taking care of his guests with clear and detailed instructions. He was really quick in responding and helpful in all additional matters we requested, such as beach towels and additional toilet paper.

We had a great stay in this house! As two couples we had perfect privacy since one bedroom is located in a small separated house right in front of the living room. Everything was nice and clean, beds were comfy and Jana was super responsive, and helped even in the late evening. She also provided contact for motorbike rental and taxi service. Thanks a lot!

Very nice stay and close to everything

Absolutely amazing stay – I didn’t want to leave! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome – everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The hotel also offers great tours, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. And I can’t forget to mention the on-site burger restaurant – seriously, some of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I’m honestly so sad to leave, but I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommend this place – you won’t regret it!
