Veronique and Luc's lodge is a dream! We didn't leave them all the time to explore the area as originally planned, but enjoyed the fantastic location in the polders and the tranquility! The crowning glory was then the daily jacuzzi bath in the sunset. We will definitely come back!

Mischa welcomed us to her charming Scandinavian-inspired cottage, the place was perfectly located and very warm, We were impressed by the interior which was extremely well done, Mischa was great, he welcomed us despite the traffic delay. We had to leave early for family concerns but we will come back when the spa is undoubtedly built.

I had a great time with my family, very good location. The owners are very friendly and nice people. We would like to come back one day.

The apartment - in our case for six people - really keeps what it promises. The two-story apartment at the top of the house offers plenty of space, a large dining room, living room, three bedrooms and three balconies. Everyone will find a place if they want to have some peace and quiet. Large windows that go out to the beach and only a few minutes' walk to the beach promenade of Ostend: You are literally relieved of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and look at the wide world from above (elevator available!). We immediately felt at home. The apartment is also well equipped and our hosts have given us many nice excursion destinations in the area. A really great vacation for us.

What a great stay for a weekend getaway! We loved using the hot tub, and everything was clean and ready for us. Niek was a lovely host and made sure we had all we needed.

Spacious and bright space. Very nice! A downside on the mezzanine, difficult to access and really narrow for 2 teenagers.

We had a great stay at Lianne' s place. Welcoming nice host, ideal location for dog lovers, fully enclosed garden, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach, lovely hikes to a nearby lake. The house is clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, quiet surroundings, great food at Bombay Bar, Pannekoekenhuis Domburg and Snack Bar in Westkapelle. Thanks Lianne for the opportunity of a wonderful holiday.

Very nice, quietly located house (I rarely heard the church bells); you can walk immediately into the fields, it is well connected, and right next door is a good restaurant. By bike you can reach the sea in 20 minutes - with a great beach! I immediately felt at home and slept veeeery well. Pas is super helpful and responds immediately if there is an issue. If necessary, there is even a mobile fence so that the dog can go outside (if it is not too wild). The only thing I, a sun worshiper, missed in April was a protected, sunny place outside - the windows face west, the terrace is on the north side. Optimal in summer. We will definitely be back!

We stayed with Linda for the second time and felt very comfortable. Very nice and modern furnishings, everything clean and the beds were renewed in early 2025. Perfect place to stay with children. Dogs are also welcome. The entrance to the apartment is accessible via a gate staircase. Here, slide mats were designed for dogs, which makes the entrance easier. The location is perfect. Many restaurants, snacks, spar and bakeries are within walking distance. The beach can also be reached very quickly via the dune. Linda was always quick to reach. We will definitely come a third time too! Thank you for the great accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is huge, has an excellent kitchen and is good value for money. Great and regular communication by the hosts. I can highly recommend this stay.

We stayed at Irene's place for 3 nights and it was definitely worth it. It is a nice and especially cozy stay where everything you would need is. Nice underfloor heating for the cold days!! Central location in a quiet area where there is something to see in all directions. It has definitely been worthwhile for us!!!

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at Boeren Biezen! The cottage has everything you need to cook, good beds and a nice sitting area. Margareth and Freddy are incredibly hospitable and do everything they can to give you a nice time. We ate paella together, bake pizza and cared for the horses. You don't have to go far for fun trips to Sluis, Groede or Het Zwin. Super!

we only stayed one night at Jans place we arrived around 8.30pm. its a very lovely cottage, everything there you could want, comfy beds, hot water and a wood burning stove if you wanted to light it, the stairs to the upstairs are very steep so be aware going up and down, both bedrooms have a tv and onsuite bathrooms, plus a downstairs toilet, plenty of room for the dogs and places to walk, bonus was we found a just eat delivery online.

My partner and I had a lovely stay. The place was the perfect size and location was gorgeous.

Hello, we just spent a week of peaceful vacation in De Haan, it's what we were looking for, the apartment is faithful to the photos, in a very quiet residence, the apartment is close to shops, the forest and the sea, we did everything on foot.

Friendly and attentive host. Well-maintained and clean accommodation with beautiful sea views. Space rather a bit tight for 4 people. Nice place to stay.

This is a great place. It’s so, so close to the main square and easily walkable to any area of Bruges. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. A laundry (with two washers and two dryers), “Honesty Bar”, filled with wine and beer, DVD center is in the same building just two doors down. This apartment is located on the second floor (third floor by US standards) but is well worth it for the location.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was always friendly, quick and helpful. The home was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the loving furnishings and the small touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would book again anytime. Spacious and bright space. Beautiful lake views near the sea and with covered and heated swimming pool appreciable after the excursions. Bruges is 20 min , Ghent 40 min and Brussels 1h20 . Close to the border of the Netherlands we were visited Sluis. Ideal location to discover the area and enjoy and break nature /sea. Vera and Arno are very responsive and their apartment is impeccable and well-equipped.

This holiday home is a gem for nature lovers! The long coastal walks through the dunes were magical, and the sunsets by the sea looked like they were straight off a postcard. The location is ideal for exploring the area—whether by tram, bike, car or on foot. About the house: a true summer house charm! Spacious enough for four, a fully equipped kitchen (we cooked most meals at home). Safe Garden! A huge plus for kids and dogs—peace of mind while relaxing outdoors. Transparent and experienced Host: Erica provides clear instructions, responds quickly. I was amazed by the House rules. All aspects are covered, just read and follow! Note: In colder seasons, budget for extra electricity costs can be high (ours was €40 for 4 days and we have not used heating much.) We’re already planning to return in summer!

We felt very much at home with Lieveke and Hans. From the first moment on arrival, their hospitality and friendliness was very great! Our boys climb in their trucks and tractor and could play with all the animals on the property, their own playground and toys everywhere: it's a true paradise for the kids! The holiday home itself is neatly maintained, modern and comfortable. Beautiful country setting. Lots of Burgundian options. For beer enthusiasts, De Dolle Brouwers around the corner is a "must".

We felt very comfortable in the small cozy apartment! Great equipped, with everything you need - also for the little ones with (somewhat outdated) toys and plenty of utensils for kids. Especially great was the beautiful view of the green space, the tranquility and the bikes with a child seat (unfortunately already quite attacked - had to mend once), with which we could explore the magnificent and versatile environment!! Thank you very much for everything 🤗 We will be happy to come back.
