Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Nice house on Bornholm, outside Rønne, close to the ferry, plane, beach, golf club etc. The house has two floors. On the top floor there is a toilet, two bedrooms, a double bed, two single beds plus a cot, you have to go through one room to get to the other. The ground floor consists of an entrance bathroom, living room and a nice kitchen with access to a small courtyard with a barbecue. In the living room there is a sofa bed Guests are responsible for cleaning, unless otherwise agreed. Wishing you a pleasant stay.

The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Aahytten is a cozy older house from 1877. The living room is spacious with fireplace, TV and Wi-fi, the style is rustic and relaxed. Beautiful west-facing terrace, morning sun at the end of the garden, secluded natural plot with Muleå through the garden.Bathroom is in an extension, you have to go out under a covered terrace, to get to the bathroom, where there is a washing machine, sink and closet space. We have improved a lot at Aahytten the last 10 years and we continue to improve at the house

Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.
