Lovely apartment with terrace

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south-facing terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can spend a good time there with 2 people. There are private bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials of cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and can therefore only be reached via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful yard and you are right on the Baltic Sea beach with only a 45-minute drive!

However, the fully equipped kitchen does not have a water & waste water connection, for which a dishwasher is available in the bathroom. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
