This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

You'll have a great time at this comfortable home on the lake. it is a almost like being on a boat you're literally right on the water. very open concept home with hardwood floors four bedroom three and a half bath gourmet kitchen with all the amenities full length decks both upper and lower to take in all the wildlife and beautiful scenery that the lake can offer we have a few kayaks for your use as well as a paddle board or you can bring your own that's a great lake to fish on and just enjoy

This is a simple 3 bedroom two bath manufactured home 1/2 mile off highway 97. 2 bedrooms are furnished and the 3rd bedroom is used as an office. We have great wifi. Crater Lake is close by...1/2 hour, There are Klamath and Agency Lakes close by with great fishing. Lots of bird watching opportunities from the home and surrounding area. We charge $15 per person per night after the first two guests. We also charge $15 per pet, and a $10 a day electricity fee. Thanks
