Просторий будинок в затишному містечку з гарними краєвидами. Власник завжди на зв'язку і швидко відповідає. В будинку чисто, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Територія будинку трохи занедбана але дуже велика і гарна, є навіть невеличкий пруд із рибками. Місце розташування добре підходить для тихих спокійних прогулянок. Наше перебування в будинку, в цілому, пройшло чудово. Але для власників собак може бути кілька невеличких мінусів: 1. На вході до будинку є кілька сходинок, вони зроблені з залізної решітки з великими дірками. Навіть лапи не дуже маленької собаки туди провалюються. Наша австралійська вівчарка перестрибувала їх, щоб не наступати на ці сходи. Але якщо в вас собака і з проблемами здоров'я і не може стрибати, або маленька собачка - скоріш за все, вам доведеться заносити її на руках кожен раз. 2. Навкруги багато стежок для прогулянок, але всі вони вузькі, вздовж пасовищ, які огородженні електричними заборами.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Hana. Mitten im Wald sehr schön gelegen, nur auf der Straße war mehr Verkehr als erwartet, somit etwas nervig um dort mit Hunden lang zu gehen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto tolle Ziele erreichen, z.B. Schlucht Amerika (Lom Velka Amerika) oder die Karlstein Burg, Prag lohnt sich als Tagesauflug auch sehr. Vielen Dank

Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist für kleinere Ausflüge zu Fuß gut gelegen. Gegebenenfalls sollte man sich aber genügend zu beschäftigen mitnehmen, falls das Wetter nicht mitspielt. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

War sehr toll. Wir haben uns direkt verliebt und einen Tag sogar verlängert!! Anna ist immer erreichbar und war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist ein Traum, wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne!!

Wir haben das Haus über Ostern für einen Familientrip zu Sechst genutzt. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt: Vom großen Kühlschrank, der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit angeschlossenem Speisezimmer, Schlafräumen mit guten Matratzen bis zu den top ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsräumen mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man hier eine sehr gute Zeit haben. Glücklicher Weise schien die Sonne, so dass wir die schöne Gegend erkundet haben. Das Grundstück ist groß und eingezäunt. Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, wir haben uns mit dem vorhandenen Holz ein Lagerfeuer gemacht und draußen gegrillt. Wirklich schön war die überdachte Essecke mit Bänken: tolle Aussicht! Schöne und historisch bedeutsame Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe: Wir haben eine Wanderung zur Helfenburg unternommen (12 min. bis Parkplatz) und am Abreisetag das Konzentrationslager Theresienstadt besucht (knapp 20 min.) - unbedingt ansehen! Wandermöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Mit 1 Wort: Spitze!!!

Tolle Gastgeberin! Sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Der Umschwung ist sehr gepflegt und die Parkiermöglichkeit ist top. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We wanted to avoid the old town and were also travelling in and out of HN/main train station so this location was perfect for us, lots of cafe/bars restaurants including fresh market across the street. Transport options perfect, even walking into old town was just 15/20 mins. Apartment itself is beautiful, very homely and styling is lovely, really impressed! Wifi great, no issues with amenities, hosts responsive and we’re able to store luggage and do early check in. Perfect hosts! Would 100% recommend

Het was een fijn verblijf. Alles was goed beloopbaar in een rustige straat. De bedden waren comfortabel en een fijne, ruime woonkamer.

We arrived by plane and had good instructions to find the place. Quiet place -the appartment windows face a nice back side of the building-; small walk to restaurants and stores (find the Lidl near the trolley/bus stop, Albert a bit further away); easy to go in the town center for visits with buses, trolley, or metro. Good shower, good wifi, comfortable bed, had towels and sheets for the bed. We were very pleased with our stay.

Appartamento molto grande e pulito, aveva tutto quello che avevamo bisogno proprio come a casa. Ottima qualità degli arredi e della biancheria. Posizione ottima 5 min a piedi dalla metro, 10 minuti a piedi per centro commerciale Flora. Il quartiere è pieno di locali dove mangiare o bere qualcosa la sera. Kate è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato molti consigli per visitare la zona. Consiglio vivamente, uno degli appartamenti migliori in cui siamo stati.

Great location clean and very quiet place highly

Sasha and Anastasia were very responsive to queries and because we arrived so early on the flight, were kind enough to facilitate an earlier check. The apartment is exactly as described, with a very good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. From the balcony you can see and hear a dance studio which I personally liked as it was part of the heartbeat of life in the city centre. Information was very clear both in messages before we arrived and also in the welcome folder in the apartment. I would have no hesitations in recommending this stay.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Radek sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu erkennen sehr hell, offen und freundlich, dadurch wirkt sie auch wirklich geräumig. Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip durch die Anbindung an U-Bahn (gegenüber von der Haustüre) und Straßenbahn perfekt. Man kann sämtliche Orte in der Stadt schnell und einfach erreichen. Auch die Umgebung bietet viele Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafes und Restaurants. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Excellent accommodation. Flat extremely clean and in a great location. Ideal for trams and metro. Loads of great cafes, restaurants and bars very close by.

Bellissimo appartamento con balcone , all ultimo piano di una palazzina, molto vicino a centro storico di Praga. vicino alla stazione della metro, circa 15 minuti a piedi in una zona tranquilla. Appartamento pulito, con ogni confort, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici, come eravamo noi. Non un luogo da party in casa in quanto nella palazzina vivono famiglie.Nel complesso ottimo: ottima comunicazione con l ' host sempre molto reattivo nelle risposte! Grazie di tutto

Ottimo appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia in condominio top con ascensore e portiere h24. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e super accessoriato con tutte le dotazioni che possono servire per un soggiorno breve. Complimenti davvero!

Me and my friends had an Awsomeee time in Prague. I love the kallin neighbourhood very much and think this apparent perfectly matched our needs to let us experience as much of Prague as possible but also having a calm apartment to reset and enjoy some quite time in the sweet neighbourhood

Very nice apartment with everything you need! We especially liked the big bathroom and the balcony with morning sun (if lucky with the weather). Great hosts, too- we used Sarah and Jan's local guides more than once.

Perfect stay at Ron and Pavels place! Certainly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, quiet, safe and clean apartment in Prague. Both beds were super comfy and we really appreciated the little details that were included and the balcony was a bonus!! Thanks so much both!

Ideal apartment for our 3 night stay in Prague. Easy walk from the railway station, close to local transport but also easily walkable to Wenceslas Square. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and felt very safe. Everything was clean and the the description and photographs are accurate. Communication was very good and we were allowed an early check in. Mike and Martina live in the same block so on hand if there are any problems. Nice touches were shampoo and shower gel, dishwasher tablets and washing powder and even tea and coffee which are so useful when only staying for a few nights. We would happily stay here again.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans le logement de Yan et Sarah. Tout s'est très bien passé de la réservation jusqu'au départ. Jan est très attentionné et réactif. L'appartement est très agréable : bien équipé, propre et lumineux. Il est bien placé pour visiter la ville à pied. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse ! Nous recommandons ce logement.
