The villa our little paradise was newly built in 2021. In January 2025, the interior design and outdoor space were redesigned. Air conditioning installed March 2025. The villa invites you to relax. The pool is opaque and not visible from the outside – it is exclusively privately used by the guests. Some nearby resorts sweeten the vacation with their delicious cuisine. We spent a perfect week in this small paradise, everything is made to ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable. It combines the advantage of the Airbnb (privacy, space, private pool) with those of a hotel (very good food, daily cleaning). Internet is fast. Beautiful sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay at Ingrid's place. The ability to walk out directly to the beach was incredible - as well as the night bed! It was very clean and the flexible check-in worked out very well for us as we were running a little late. Overall, great stay and well worth it.

Greg and Grace provided great support in advance. Greg was even so sweet and changed €100 for me so we didn't have to change money at the airport for an unfair course and were therefore taken care of for the first few days. We landed in Zanzibar in the middle of the night, the taxi organized by Greg picked us up at the airport and Grace was so kind to meet us in the morning. Both were always available via Whats App and gave us really very good tips on good restaurants in the area. The Airbnb itself, the terrace with a hot tub and the illuminated pool area overlooking the sea, can be used almost 24/7. From the bedroom you have an incredible view of the sea and can really watch the most beautiful sunrises in the morning after waking up. On request you can have breakfast prepared, you can just make out the time and say what you want. So it was great too! We had a good time :)

Tatyana was a very responsive host. My family and my friend's family had a restful 2 days stay there. We enjoyed the facilities and she also gave a few recommendations for places to visit nearby. Swimming pool was very well maintained and also temperature controlled. Early morning or late evening even on monsoon days we enjoyed the pool. Julia (pet dog) was also very friendly and playful and my kids enjoyed playing with the pet too. Only one challenge we faced was because of the water. Water was bit hard and salty in the bath room and wash basin. Except that everything else was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Kahina's villa, with my wife and children. Kahina and Ahmed (co-host) were lovely, Ahmed was always available for us and to make our stay go smoothly. Despite a late arrival, Ahmed was able to welcome us. The villa is located in the heart of Nungwi, a 1-minute walk from the beach and close to any restaurant, shop, taxi .. close but never disturbed by noise. Everything was perfect: neat decor, cleanliness, facilities ... Nungwi is worth a visit and Kahina's villa is a great way to enjoy the stay.

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Funga. The house was everything the pictures had promised; spacious, cool decor, fantastic pool (the water was actually cooling), attentive staff - and beautifully located on the beach. Plenty of nice restaurants at resorts nearby, especially if you love seafood. Local groceries can be found at the local marked a short walk from the house. All in all just a wonderful place!
