Lisa’s place is very convenient, around 10 mins walk from JR Takamatsu. There are many restaurants and a shopping street nearby. Highly recommend if you can having a short trip/stay in Takamatsu. One drawback is you can hear the noise of cars and people on the street at night.

I stayed for two nights and one day. The exterior of the facility felt a little old, but the interior was renovated, and the room was spacious and very clean. The interior was stylish, with wood and cloth art scattered around, and it was a warm room. I think it is a good place for families to stay because it is very spacious and well-equipped.

+fully equiped apartment with laundry washer and drying machine +perfect location near the station and main shopping streets +host communicates well +very clean -there is a knocking noise above the kitchen, maybe from machinery or the upstairs apartment, so it was hard for me to sleep before 12am or after 6am. But if you don't care about noise, then it's a great place otherwise

The place was really nice. We loved the overall interior design of the house. All the appliances are new and working well. The place was not the most spacious but we think it was almost perfect in accommodating the needs of three visitors. The location is not the nearest to the Okayama Station but it remains accessible. Bus stopping at the nearest bus stop is not so frequent so you have to pay more attention to the schedule. The location remains walkable but carrying luggage would take you a bit of effort. On the other hand, the host is attentive and responsive. Would book again the place if we return to Okayama one day.

This is a guest house run by the owner of an udon house called, located right in front of the guest house. Both check-in and check-out have been conducted at the Udon House. When checking in, you can get free udon called Welcome Udon. For parking, it is convenient to use the large parking lot of the udon house for free. The house was spacious and very pleasant. There are convenience stores and Aeon Mall nearby, so it is very convenient to shop. If you speak at least a little bit of Japanese, I think you can enjoy your trip more comfortably.

There were many rooms, and we had a pleasant time in a clean environment.The price was also cheap, and the check-in method was easy to understand, which was helpful. Thank you!

It was a lovely stay. I stayed three nights with my family of 3 adults and the place was spacious and comfortable. We could enjoy the life of Japanese-styled home. The place is also located close to OKayama station and walkable to historic places and a bus terminal. The host is super friendly and responsive as well. Would definitely stay again during my next visit in Okayama.

It feels like home, the space is spacious, there are two floors, the upstairs is the bedroom, the bed is soft and comfortable, and foam earplugs are provided, so you don't have to worry about your relatives and friends snoring because they are having too much fun :^-^ The living room is also very comfortable. The kitchen utensils are very complete and the stove heats up very quickly. The only small drawback is that the pot is a little deformed and easy to shake. It is not suitable for large suitcases, and it is quite difficult to carry them to the fourth floor. Next time I come to Takamatsu, I will give priority to staying here.

Me and my family enjoyed the stay here while we were in Okayama. We could borrow bicycles from the host, so it was very convenient to see the city and go to other places such as malls. The Nishigawara train station was not too far, so we could just walk to the station. Overall the stay was good and we recommend it.

It was a little far from the station, but it was just a short tram ride, and I walked the long shopping street that continued from the station with two elementary school students, and it was great to see a variety of shops.It was very good, with a convenience store, a gas station that rents cars, and a handmade bento shop just a few minutes walk away.The room was cramped for 2 adults and 2 elementary school students, but the building was new, so we had a pleasant stay.You might want to avoid thinking about cooking.Recommended for those who prefer a newer, narrower building to a large, old building.

I was a little worried about my first private stay, but I was able to check in with confidence because I received polite messages in advance by email, etc. When I entered the room, I was impressed by the Japanese-style taste and the tasteful finish!! The living room that follows is stylishly finished with calm colors, and I was able to relax while feeling special.There was also a TV that was so big I had never seen one before, so we all had a good time together. I was told that I could have a barbecue, so I went to the rooftop, where there was a relaxing bar-like space and an open terrace, and I had an extraordinary experience. In addition, it was well equipped and I had no trouble with basic cooking utensils and dishes.In particular, there was a refrigerator and water supply on the rooftop, so we could enjoy a barbecue smoothly. The bedroom had plenty of beds, was very clean, and had great sleeping comfort! I'd definitely like to stay here again.

Apart from the fact that it is located in a residential neighborhood and the access road is a little narrow, we had a cheap and comfortable stay, which was great.I also want to use it when staying in Takamatsu City.

Hitomi’s apartment was great. It was light-filled, spacious and very comfortable. It’s a short walk to the station and the Bikan historical area, and there is a good supermarket just down the road. Hitomi’s instructions on how to get to the apartment from the station were very clear and helpful. I would quite like to live in this apartment!

Perfect place for 5 adults overnight stay - small, with narrow steep stairs but big cupboard storage inside lower floor rooms. Could hear trains next door but didn’t disturb anyone’s sleep. We only contacted on day and all was fine and host v helpful. Thank you

The room is very clean, the hot water is sufficient, the location is 100 meters away from the commercial street, you can walk to the transportation hub, and the airport bus is also in it, come back next time
