Vacation rentals with a patio in Kisela Voda

I recently stayed at Cevahir Sky City, and it was an amazing experience! The apartment, owned by Viktor, was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to everything I wanted to explore. Viktor was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I’ll definitely choose Viktor’s apartment at Cevahir Sky City again for my next visit!

This was a great place to stay in our 2 weeks visit in Macedonia. Fairly close to the central (about 10-15mins walk) and main bus station (10 mins walk). Calm neighbourhood, daytime it gets a bit busy because of the policlinic next to it. But it wasn't an issue at all. Apartment was renovated, exactly like in photos. Only issue was that it wasn't cleaned that well. Some of the dishes and fridge was dirty. Floor was mopped but the dust and dirt wasn't picked up, it was left under the mop. Mirrors weren't wiped, there were stains. Walls were also quite thin, you you could hear neighbours talking but there weren't any loud music during our stay. Nikita was very responsive and fast in replying. Overall, it was a nice place and pleasant experience.

Very nice apartment, clean and modern with close proximity to the city centre. Definitely worth it.

Die Wohnung ist äußerst praktisch aufgeteilt, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und insgesamt hochwerig ausgestattet. Die Aussicht über die Stadt und auf die umliegenden Berge ist nicht zu toppen. Breg ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber.

Tekrar gelirsem aynı yeri tercih ederim. Evimde gibi hissettim. Balkondan sağa baktığımda dağları ve çanı görüyordum, sola baktığımda heykelli meydanı görüyordum. Muhit ve ev çok güvenli çok huzurluydu. Daha merkez bir daire zor bulunur. Nuriman hanım girişi o kadar güzel tarif etti ki airbnbde ilk deneyimim olsa da çok kolay buldum. Hanımefendi de çok sıcak kanlı ve yardımcıydı.

Petra var en super vært! Hun var meget hjælpsom gennem hele mit ophold i Skopje. Lejligheden var et godt og rart sted at opholde sig, og havde alt man skulle bruge under et ophold i Skopje 😊

Borjan è stato un host disponibile e ci ha aiutato per qualsiasi cosa. La casa è comoda perché è vicina all’aeroporto e nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. Tutto ottimo!

We really enjoyed our time at this house in Skopje. The fact it was a quiet street with 3 minutes walk to Saraj Hugh Park was great for us and the kids. The apprtment is really well bright with sun and large windows. The kitchen is great for cooking and the underfloor heating was a real joy. Thanks!

Wonderful hosts and an ideal location if you have any early flight out the following morning!

5 gece 6 gün konakladık. Kendi ve kocası bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Özellikle kocası hem ev konusunda hem şehirde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde bize tavsiye verdi ve farklı ülkeler de görebilmemizi sağladı. Ev gayet sıcaktı. Odalar çok rahattı. Çevre çok sakindi hiç insan etkileşimi kurmadık. Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk sürdü ve hiç otobüse binmemize gerek kalmadı hep geze geze yürüdük.

Arabayla merkeze 15 dk lık bir mesafedeydi. Ama yakınında büyük bir avm vardı. Yeri bulması kolaydı.

Katirina tanıdığım en iyi ev sahibi. Çok iyi bir insan elinden gelenin hatta daha bile fazlasını bize imkan olarak sağladı. Çok güzel bir deneyimdi gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

My dog and I were travelling through Macedonia and we stopped at Jovana’s place for 5 weeks. It was a great place to stop and rest. I loved the conveniences of the location - grocery stores and vegetable markets at your door, green spaces, walking tracks, and cafes. The private off street parking was very nice to have. The apartment was warm and comfortable. Jovana was helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment in Skopje.

Excellent place — peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Felt very safe. The apartment had everything one would need, and there was parking right in front of the place. Malik was a great host and the place is a great value for money.

Не взирая на поздний приезд и раннее выселение смогли легко решить вопрос заездом и выездом. Просторная, чистая, удобное планирование квартиры, красивые картины в подъезде, в пешей доступности от хороших ресторанов, продуктовых магазинов и центрального парка. Приватный подземный паркинг - очень удобно учитывая загруженность парковок возле дома. Очень довольны пребыванием. Рекомендую.

We are staying at Mario’s place for the second time. Great location, easy to find and check-in. Appartment is spatious with all necessary ammenities.

Het appartement was top! Heel wat voorzieningen aanwezig: koffie, doucheproducten, en zelfs een kabeltje om iets op te laden. De ligging was voor ons ideaal: op wandelafstand van de stad en met de auto vlot alle richtingen uit. Het enige minpuntje (waar de eigenaars uiteraard niets aan kunnen doen) was de geluidsomgeving 's nachts: een blaffende hond voor de deur, om 5u ’s ochtends het oproepgebed vanuit verschillende moskeeën, en soms hoorde ik in de gang rond 3u nog dichtslaande deuren en luid pratende mensen. Als lichte slaper vond ik dit jammer, maar voor anderen is dit misschien minder storend.

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.
