The experience was very good. They had excellent customer support which was very impressive. They kept checking up on me to ensure everything was well. Security was also wonderful. Proxity to major ammenities was also very convenient. I personally recommend this place to other prospective clients.

The apartment was nice and comfortable and the communication with Mohamed was fast and easy. It was very hot so we were happy about the two ventilators. The area around the place is quiet, safe and has all the things we needed (e.g. supermarket 200m away). We have really enjoyed our stay and would come back. Asante sana :-)

House looks like the pictures and at a very strategic location. The host was very friendly and responsive it’s definitely a good find and I’d definitely recommend.

Security person is friendly & showed us the apartment. Had an issue with the padlock inside the security door. Eventually got in. A outside club is behind the building so the the loud singing was already happening when we arrived around 6 pm(sunday). It ended promptly at 10. Otherwise my stay was pleasant & the host was very accommodating for my late check out.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Halima's place. Check-in was a breeze and the place looked exactly like the photos. The apartment is located on a main road 10 min walk to malls and restaurants, and 15 min walk to the beach. There's a lady that comes in every two days to clean the apartment and refill drinking water, paper towels, etc. There's a well equipped kitchen which saved us from food expenses. A beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean, where we had magical breakfasts. Although we didn't get to meet her during our stay, Halima was very helpful and responsive checking up on us every now and then, giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do and any comments we had were addressed that very same day. Overall we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I would like to thank Halima for welcoming us to her home and making this an unforgettable vacation.

The location is great and has great views of the ocean, the sun beds are a great place to relax. Well equipped kitchen, the house is impeccably furnished and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive.

I booked two concurrent sessions at this place because of how perfect the spot was, we are very pleased with the amenities and service we received. I want to say I wasn't the best guest, misplacing some keys, but Jacklyne was very kind and understanding and handy with a backup set. I would definitely book again.

Leah's home is so amazing, you will not want to leave. Felt right at home and also she was available to respond to any questions about the area. The place is close to everything you will need, and the view of the beach, heavenly!

We had a great stay at Miriam's place! The location was very convenient (Ubers always just minutes away and lots of restaurants available for food delivery through Glovo), and wonderful communication from both Miriam and Georgina. The place was clean and we had access to a cleaner each day to do some small cleaning and bedding changes. We only had two minor issues: 1. The listing states that there is private beach access, which is not really accurate. There is a back gate that leads to the water, but no beach, just a rocky area. This was a main reason for booking the place, so this was disappointing. 2. We were told by Georgina after we were already there that the pool is not suitable for swimming. This should also be updated in the listing. Would still recommend the place, and we enjoyed our stay.

I booked the house for a family holiday, and it was perfect , we truly felt at home. The house and rooms were clean, and we had a wonderful time. Lena and Winnie were incredibly helpful during our stay, assisting us with everything we needed and making our experience unforgettable.

The place was exactly how it looked in the pictures the host was quick to answer all the questions we had which made the stay so easy and made us feek at home. The house accommodated our big family of 7 adults and 2 kids which was convinient to us. The house is cleaned everyday by a house keeper and linen changed every second day. It has a shared swimming pool that is very clean and was cleaned everyday. There is an option of walking to the beach which is a 10 min walk. I give the place and the host a 5 star and felt like it was worth every penny I paid..I would forever make Sunset paradise my home every time I am in Mombasa.

Everything was very nice about this place. The location is a few minutes walk from the mall. its very safe and family oriented. There was a private chef at my disposal to take care of us. The host was very helpful in so many ways that fall outside her roles. she went out of her way to get me all the help I needed to feel at home. For a frequent traveller like myself, I find Valentine's place way above expectations. I highly recommend other travellers to stay at hers and I will definitely return
