Vacation rentals with beach access in Kiryat Motzkin

We visited Susanna's place already several times and as always ,last experience was also amazing ! As Always, it was great experience and we look forward to visit again . Convenient, cozy and comfortable. Place, amenities is just as described, great views of the ocean, free parking and close to the beach. Check in and out was easy, very fast internet. Washer and dryer in the unit came in handy. Just what we needed for a two night stay in the area. Prompt, helpful and clear communication with host.

Anthea war eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässig Gastgeberin. Der Austausch war sehr gut und zeitnah. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll unseren Ansprüchen. Ein heller, einladender Wohnraum mit einer freundlichen Einrichtung und den Blick aufs Meer. Der lichtdurchflutete, offene Küchenbereich, mit einem guten Sortiment an Kochgeschirr und schönem Essgeschirr, hat immer zum Kochen eingeladen. Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer in der oberen Etage waren sehr gut ausgestattet.Die gepflegte Ferienwohnung wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Zur Weiterempfehlung bestes geeignet. Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt! Ingrid

Tolle Lage, schöne, sehr individuelle Unterkunft mit genialer Dachterrasse und tollem Ausblick. Sehr gute u schnelle Kommunikation. Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas verbessert werden 😊 Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

היינו בדירה של שירן 2 לילות ושלושה ימים שירן הייתה מאוד לבבית הייתה עם רצון ונכונות לתת מעבר למה שצריך היא במגמה לתת ולעשות הכל בשביל שיהיה לנו נוח וטוב הבית נמצא ממש מעל הים, מרגיש נופש אמיתי תענוג היה לשהות בדירה ולראות את כל הנוף המטורף הליכה רגלית לחוף הנפרד של 7 דקות נסיעה קצרה לרכבת נגיש גם לתחבורה ציבורית קרוב למכולות ומסעדות ונגיש לאזורים שימושיים הייתי מצפה קצת ליותר ניקיון בדירה האזור מבחוץ פחות מטופח למרות שלנו זה לא הפריע שווה להתארח אצל שירן תודה.

מקום נח מאוד למי שרוצה קרבה לנהריה.

המקום נראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות , בעלי הנכס ענו על כל שאלה ששאלתי והמליצו לי על אטרקציות באזור הכי חשוב שהכל היה נקי , ריח טוב שנכנסים מגבות נקייות ללא ספק חוויה מהנה אני עוד אחזור לנכס הזה שוב. גם המיטה הייתה מאוד נוחה. והכי חשוב היה פיצוציה במרחק של 2 דקות שפתוחה 24/7 אז יצא לי טוב שהלכתי באמצע הלילה לקנות כמה מאנצ׳ים. ממליץ ללא ספק!

Beautiful terrace with view to the sea. Very peaceful place with a big garden. The stone house is really special and cozy, with a lot of art pieces.

שכרנו את הבית של אייל שתי משפחות, עם 2 ילדים ותינוק כל אחת. הבית פשוט מהמם, לכל זוג היה חדר משלו עם שירותים ומקלחת צמודים. היו מלא מיטות לילדים, וגם עריסות לתינוקות. הבית מאובזר בהכל עד הפרט האחרון, כלי מטבח וגם מצרכים בסיסיים (שמן, מלח), מכונת קפה מצוינת, חדר נינג'ה ןצעצועים לילדים ואפילו שער במדרגות לטובת תינוקות שזוחלים, בטלוויזיה היה מחובר מנוי פעיל בנטפליקס. החצר גם ענקית והנוף משגע לקפה של אחר הצהרים מול השקיעה. התאפשר לנו גם להדליק מדורה קטנה ולצלות מרשמלו (בתיאום מראש). אייל היה מאוד תקשורתי ונתן לנו המלצות לדברים בסביבה, וענה לכל שאלה ותהייה תוך דקות. בקיצור, ממליצה מאוד מאוד!

נכס יפייפה גדול ומרווח, מאוד מתאים לקבוצות ומשפחות. דירה מאוד נעימה ומוארת ויש תמורה טובה למחיר, אחזור בוודאות

We had a wonderful time at Yuval's place. It is exactly as in the photos - we could literally recognize the house from the street just from seeing the photos. Everything was super clean and so beautiful and the kids loved playing on the large porch and we loved relaxing there at the end of a busy day. The place is only a short drive from a beach which is also a nature reserve and there's lots of other things to do in the area. It's the perfect beach getaway - with sea views, very quiet and quite private. We would definitely want to come back in the future! The access to the house can be a little tricky so it's not perfectly accessible perhaps for older people or people with disabilities and it can get a little tricky if you have a lot of baggage. But that's the only thing that isn't perfect about this house, and for us it was a none issue.

היינו שתי משפחות בוילה של כינרת. המקום נקי,נעים ומזמין. נהננו מאוד מהמשחקים שהתאימו למגוון של גילאים ומילאו עבורינו את שני הערבים בוילה. המצעים והמגבות הרגעשו נקיים וכינרת ציינה שהם מכובסים בכביסה מקצועית, מה שתרם לתחושת הניקיון והנוחות שלנו. המטבח של כינרת מאוד מאובזר והכלים בהם השתמשנו הרגישו נקיים ומזמינים. החצר נעימה וכיף לשבת בה. הדבר היחיד שהפריע לנו הוא שהיו במקום שני חתולים שהרבו להגיע לחצר. הם אינם של כינרת וכינרת הציעה פיתרון להרחקתם שאכן עבד בכל פעם שהגיעו. הדבר העיב במעט על שהותנו בחצר, אך פרט לכך נהננו מאוד מאוד ונמליץ בחום להגיע.

We arrived to Israel by ship and Natan met us so we could drop bags off early. All was great until the war began. Natan made sure we knew that we had access to his safe room. We had a great stay, as the beach was easily walkable. Thanks Natan for making a tough situation awesome.

היתה לנו חופשה מדהימה אצל עדנה. הבית מקסים, הרבה יותר יפה מבתמונות, המון פריטים מיוחדים . מיקום מעולה. חוצים כביש ואתם בלגונה מדהימה , מתאימה מאוד לילדים אבל לא רק. היינו לבד בחוף הזה, אולי בגלל המלחמה, אולי בגלל שזה לא חוף מוכרז, אולי כי המים בגובה נמוך בלגונה. לנו ממש התאים ונהנינו נורא. עדנה נחמדה מאוד , נתנה לנו המלצות מעולות למסעדות במרחק קצר ממש. מאוד מאוד ממליצה.

The place is gorgeous, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable and has everything you might need. The kids loved the pool, the beach is nearby and Haifa is only 20 mins by car. We really had a great time at Anat's place and would highly recommend it!

The appartment is at top location, 7 min. walk to the sea, shops & backery just around the corner. The view is breathtaking. Host is super helpful. We would definitely come back!

התארחנו 6 בנות לסופ"ש בדירה המקסימה של ריטה. השירות של ריטה היה מאוד אדיב ומהיר לאורך כל הדרך, כולל פינוקים שהשאירה לנו בדירה ודאגה לכל בקשה שלנו. הדירה הייתה מאוד נקיה, מוארת ונוחה, תוך תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים. הסלון מרווח מאוד עם נוף עוצר נשימה של הים (קו ראשון לים). אין ספק שנחזור שוב ❤️

Great location and view - right on the beach. Great multimedia system and kitchen. Balcony looking right out to the ocean. Some of the panels on the balcony are loose, and the railing is rusty, but over all it's ok. Over, the property was clean. Some deep cleaning needed in the bathroom (shower silicone etc.) and small finishing touches in various places. Easy access with clear instructions.

This is a beautiful apartment in a residential neighborhood. It is beautifully set up and comfortable. Alex was very responsive and accommodating. Easy check in and check out. Would use again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Bat-galim. It's just 4 minutes from a wonderful quiet beach and surrounded by a few local restaurants, cafes, and wine bars. Highly recommend!
