Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kirishima

It was our 5th time in Japan and the best place we stayed! Yuko san was the nicest, wormest and the most caring person we met in Japan. We were welcomed personally by her. She showed us all the apartment and provided all necessary informations. She even prepared some light snacks for us. In the morning she brought us delicious breakfast and when we were leaving equally delicious bento for the next part of our journey. I can not recommend this host and her place enough!

滞在中はホストの方の心配りが随所に感じられ、とても快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋も清潔感があり、写真で見た印象そのまま。お伺いしたいことに対しても迅速にご連絡をいただけ、助かりました。 立地も便利で、近所にコインランドリーがあったのも助かりました。観光だけでなく、出張などの長めの滞在にもおすすめできるお部屋です。またぜひお世話になりたいです！ありがとうございました。

Very good deal of money. The host is friendly. The room looks exactly like the pictures and it is very clean! There are parking lots nearby and very close to shopping area. I really like the bed and the pillow, so comfortable!

房间很大，非常的干净，日常用品齐备，智能马桶，冰箱，厨具，微波炉都有。浴室也很棒，洗澡舒服。民宿就在中央站旁边，坐车，逛街都特方便。

こちらの予約ミスがあったのですが、丁寧に対応して頂きとてもありがたかったです。ホテルもオシャレで清潔感があり、また是非利用させて頂きたいです！

ごく一般的な1 K のマンションで、普通に生活するように過ごすことができました。静かな環境も良かったです。

事前にいくつか質問させていただきましたが、丁寧で迅速なご回答をいただき、安心して伺うことが出来ました。チェックイン・アウトもスムーズでした。室内は、随所にオーナー様のお心遣いが感じられました。部屋の前に無料駐車場があり便利でした。またの機会がありましたら、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Located south of Miyazaki City, the place is a free-standing house with mountains on one side and nearby rice paddies on the other. Though it's a bit far from the stations or busses, it's about 20-25m walk from the Nichinan line. There is a large supermarket (Aeon) within 15m walk, however. There is plenty of hiking either in mountains or to the extensive coastline near the Undokoen sports complex area or to Aoshima with its unique geological formations. The house has a large kitchen with a 3-burner stovetop and grill, a large sized refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs, a 'L' shaped couch and TV, along with a good sized bathroom. As a bonus, there is even a dryer, which is incredibly rare in Japan, especially at this price. Seasonings and oil are also available for cooking. You can sleep on the floor in either a Japanese style room (tatami) or Western style (hardwood). There is also a large deck outside. Tatsuya is laid-back and personable. Would highly recommend.

今回は、出張で一人の滞在でしたが、Kyokoさんがとても丁寧かつ優しく案内してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました！ お宿は想像以上に温かみのある空間で、暮らすように滞在できる場所でした。 敷地内には、ままごとセットやブロック、キャンプごっこができるグッズに芝生や砂場まで…！ 小さなお子さんが夢中になって遊べる仕掛けがたくさんあり、「娘も連れてきてあげたかったなぁ」と思わずにはいられませんでした。 次回はぜひ娘と一緒に訪れたいです。 近くには海水浴場もあるそうで、夏の家族旅行にもぴったりだと感じました。 また、寝具の寝心地もとてもよく、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 キッチンも調理器具や食器がひと通り揃っていて、今回は使いませんでしたが「ここなら本当に暮らせそうだな」と思える充実ぶりでした。 洗濯機も乾燥機付きのドラム式で、使い方も簡単。快適に過ごせました。 お部屋全体がとても清潔で、ホテルのような整った印象でありながら、どこかほっとする雰囲気もありました。 Kyokoさんが教えてくださったパン屋さんやごはん屋さんも楽しませていただきました。 なかでも、宮崎で採れる新鮮な鶏料理は絶品で、思い出に残る食事になりました。 温かく迎えてくださったKyokoさん、本当にありがとうございました。 またぜひ、今度は家族と一緒に伺いたいと思っています。

写真よりも実際はさらに高級感があるお家でした！シミュレーションゴルフやサウナ、バーベキューをして楽しみましたが、特にサウナは110度まで温度が上がるので最高でした！ また宮崎でゴルフの際に利用させて頂きます。 おすすめのお肉屋さんも教えていただきありがとうございました。

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt; die Lage direkt am Meer hat für ein einmaliges Erlebnis gesorgt. Die Unterkunft war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet! Viele Handtücher und extrem sauber. Besten Dank für den netten Kontakt.

Het was een zeer ruim en net huis. Hoewel gelegen in een rustige woonwijk, was het hoofdstation op loopafstand. Alles dus zeer makkelijk te bereiken! Horren voor het raam voor als je niet goed tegen de airco kan was ook heel fijn!

Yurie's place was charming and super clean. Loved the super convenient location - 3mins to the train station and supermarkets/restaurants. Also had a free parking spot which is not common for Airbnbs with such a prime location. Many eating places and delicious izakayas within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend

天文館のど真ん中にありどこに行くのにも便利でした。 繁華街特有の騒音等を心配してましたが窓も二重で全くと言っていいほど気にならなかったです。 何よりとても綺麗な部屋で入った瞬間から気分が上がりました。 部屋単位での予約なので急な人数変更が起こっても安心して利用できました。 素晴らしい旅行となりました。ありがとうございました。

We had a wonderful experience staying at Gou's Airbnb. I was worried that checking in would be tricky, but was pleasantly surprised that it was truly a breeze based on the simple info shared through the Airbnb booking! The place was extremely clean and neat when we entered, Gou did such a great job preparing the place for us and we felt right at home. There are many eateries and a Tayo supermarket within walking distance, and was extremely convenient to all the places we wanted to go with bus stations and tram stations also within walking distance. Just a separate note that this place happens to be located within streets filled with pubs and clubs, so there are many big posters that are not so appropriate for kids. This place is great overall. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay with Perch being close to a lot of locations in Kagoshima. Being close to Tenmonkan was great for a stroll or to visit restaurants and izakayas. The surrounding neighborhood was always lively as a well which was fun. Loved the interior of the place as well it was simple and free of clutter. Lots of clean towels for face and body. I recommend this place to those wanting to stay in Kagoshima with a thriving nightlife!
