古民家再生協会が実施する再築大賞で最終選考まで残った築130年の古民家です。内装は全てリノベーションしており、光回線のWi-Fi完備、サウナ(1～2名用)もあります。車は4台駐車可能です。家族旅行やリモートワークはもちろん、長期滞在の拠点にもおすすめです。 一般道で日光まで約90分、足利フラワーパークまで約60分、遊園地のとちのきファミリーランドまで約30分で行けますので、観光の拠点としても最適です。 近隣のゴルフ場まで10分程度、イオン等の大型スーパー、コンビニまで10〜15分程度です。 最大で4名様まで宿泊可能ですが、基本料金は2名様までです。追加人数に応じて1名様あたり5,000円の追加料金をいただいております。 BBQを行う場合は必ず予約時にお申し出ください。木炭はお客様においてご用意ください。 近隣住民への配慮から、以下の行為は厳禁です。 ・日が落ちてからのBBQ ・家の表側でのBBQ ・花火 ・屋内外にかかわらず大音量で音楽等を流す ・日が落ちてから外で騒ぐ ・飲酒して大声で騒ぐ ・22時以降、室内での大声での会話 これらを遵守いただける方のみご予約下さい。

Wake to birdsong and a view of our century-old giant cherry tree. BBQ year-round in the covered gazebo (charcoal + starters free). Shop 3 minutes away at Lion D’or Nikko, then unwind in the 2-meter open-air spa tub under the stars; cats wander the garden, and deer appear on lucky days.
