Waterfront vacation rentals in Kintamani

We spent 4 nights at Villa (initially we booked for 3, but after arriving and seeing Villa, we extended for another one) and we really enjoyed our stay. The villa is very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated, providing privacy and tranquility. We used Kadek and Bayu (Bayu's brother arranged for us a cruise to Nusa Penida) and ordered meals in nearby warungu. We were especially enchanted by the location of Villa on the beach.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! If you have a private driver or you have plenty of time, I highly recommend this place. Very comfortable. Very good service.

We really liked the place and location, everything was easy to find, the apartment is close to the restaurants, clubs and beach .

Stunning cliff side accommodation and hands down one of the most memorable Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is breathtaking, the balcony is lovely, the bathroom feels like you’re in a cave! Stunning design with a comfortable room. That being said there are a few things to note Pros: - Honestly one of the most stunning Airbnbs at a pretty affordable price - Location is great with many beaches and restaurants nearby - Good A/C and drinking water dispenser - Porter service was great for luggage Cons: - You need to climb up/down several steep stairs to get to the place which means it’s not the most accessible. - Blinds are very thin which means the room gets really bright early in the morning - you might get the odd visitor 🐸 Nevertheless on the balance it’s an amazing place that we highly recommend!

I had such a pleasant stay. everything is new; fresh flowers in the room and bathroom; towels smelled sooo good; internet was fast for work & meetings. it’s a super-private-mini-villa-with-the-pool away from the hussle’n’buzzle and on the same time close to everything. cherry on the top is the helpful & chill host with good english and a big smile. right away after I arrived she organized me a scooter that was delivered right behind the door which made me feel super welcome. matur suksma 🙏

My 2nd stay at Marlissa place. Thank you Marlissa for a great stay. We love it and thanks to housekeeping for doing their job very well! We did not have problem from any noise, can sleep very well…comfy bed too 😊

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Ayu is a wonderful person and amazing host! Couldn’t rate this place higher, she is everything you want in a host: great recommendations, responsive, accommodating for anything you want and a friendly welcoming energy. The place really is better than the pictures, it is the perfect spot and has everything you need. Great shower facilities too. Perfect mix of being in nature but with modern facilities. I recommend this place to anyone.

Mega and Rebecca were always there if we.needed anything. The housekeeper popped in everyday to make sure we were ok. restaurants were near by and very good. The location was phenomenal.

Monyet is an amazing home to stay in. The beach front location is excellent. Wifi and a/c working fine. Spacious. Luis is very helpful. It was our second stay there, we'll go back again for sure.
