We had a great time a Boaz’s place. We didn’t have a car so he drove us into town and helped us out a lot with recommendations—all around incredible host! There is a very nice kitchen with dishes, stove, water heater, and a microwave. Boaz also supplied us with a hot plate and water urn which was very helpful! It’s a little difficult getting around without a car, but not impossible. There are a couple buses to and from Tiberias. There’s a small groceries store about a 15 minute walk away that’s nice as well as a couple restaurants on the water (very pricey, though) When we were there (New Years so during the winter) the pool wasn’t heated up all of the way so we couldn’t go in, however the hot tub was very pleasant.

קודם כל אתחיל ואומר שזיוון פשוט מקסימה! היא קיבלה אותנו בחום והייתה זמינה לכל שאלה. הצימר פשוט מושלם ללא ספק נחזור פעם נוספת! בצימר 2 קומות, קומת קרקע עם פינת ישיבה, פינת שיזוף ובריכה, ובקומה למעלה הצימר עצמו ,פינת ישיבה נוספת ,פינת מנגל וג'קוזי עם נוף מדהים! חשוב לציין שזה צימר יחיד זאת אומרת שהיינו שם לגמרי לבד שזה הדבר הכי מדהים. ממליצה בחום למי שרוצה באמת להנות מהחופשה שלו :)

נדב מארח מצויין ונעים. היה מענה מהיר לכל שאלה ובקשה ,נתן לנו עצות באזור וגילה גמישות לבקשות מיוחדות. הנכס כמתואר ומספק תמורה הולמת למחיר. נקי. יש הרבה סופר מארקטים באזור עד השעות המאוחרות . אפשר להביא בעלי חיים וזה היה מאוד משמח🙂

דירה מקסימה, ממש על יד הכינרת. בדירה מטבח גדול ומאובזר (אין מעבד מזון ובלנדר), שני חדרי שינה קטנים ונעימים וסלון. כשהתגלו בעיות קטנות בדירה הן טופלו באותו היום על ידי אנשי מקצוע שנשלחו מיד על ידי יערה או אופיר. ניכר היה שחשוב להם ששהותנו תהיה נעימה. עד שהגענו לקח זמן לקבל תשובה לשאלותינו, אבל ברגע שהתקשורת הפכה להיות טלפונית יערה או אופיר תמיד היו זמינים או שחזרו אלינו במהרה. השכנים ממול היו פעמיים בשבוע שהיינו בדירה קצת רועשים עם מוזיקה ''דופקת'', אבל זה היה לזמנים קצרים ונגמר מוקדם בערב. בקיצור, מקום יחסית שקט, מטופח ויפה מאוד. מומלץ מאוד!

היה מקסים ממש כמו בית מלון הילדים נהנו מאד מהבריכה ומהנדנדה בעיקר. הנוף המשגע שנשקף מהחלון. ההרגשה שאנחנו בקומה ראשונה ובעצם ברביעית, נמליץ לאחרים ונחזור שוב.

היינו זוג +ילדה+2 כלבות. הבית של אידה היה פשוט בית. סלון מרווח ונקי. מטבח מהמם ומצויד עד לפרט האחרון. חצר מרווחת עם המון מקומות לשבת באויר הצח ופשוט לספוג את השקט. מאוד מאוד נהניינו. אידה הייתה זמינה לכל דבר. ובדקה שהגענו בשלום. היה תענוג ונשמח לחזור
