The apartment is located on the second floor of a garage/storage building on site. The place is good for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surrounding areas of Falbygden to the north and Ätradalen to the south. The location close to nature provides peace and quiet, while it is only 600 meters to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

All amenities are available, while the old-fashioned atmosphere is preserved with a kitchen stove and fireplace. The cottage is a wing building of 60 sqm. The courtyard has a big yard. During the season you can buy vegetables, fruits, berries and flowers directly from the garden in the small farm shop. The cottage has a special garden with garden furniture and grill under the fruit trees. Bed linen and bath linen are included. Wifi 250 Mbps and TV available. Breakfast can be ordered for SEK 90/person/day. Final cleaning can be ordered for SEK 500.

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

As hosts, we live only 500 meters away at a house with pond where fishing can be rented some parts of the year. 30-45 minutes to Hökensås and Hornborgasjön. Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with Wi-Fi, amplifier, Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.
