We had an amazing two days in this lovely cottage. The placed looked even better than the pictures. A real slice of paradise ! Such a beautiful little cottage with some really lovely finishing touches. I loved the outdoor bath! The traffic noise wasn’t even noticeable, but I’m not a light sleeper. Bed was super comfy. Chantelle is very friendly, responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

The house was gorgeous and exactly what was described. A peaceful retreat with spectacular views. It met and exceeded every expectation! Vincent’s direction was great and kind. We will be looking forward to our next adventure there, and hopefully we can stay much longer! Thank you!!

This stay is by far one of the best Air B&B stays I’ve ever had. Went for a peaceful getaway and it was perfect. Andy was the most attentive host and his property was beyond beautiful and pristine. How he keeps the entire 3 acres this perfect is beyond me. The location, on the edge of a huge gorge had the best views ever! We enjoyed his stunning rock pool that looked like it was cut straight out of the natural, huge rock formations in the area. We ate outside almost every night in the beautiful garden area. Even made a small bonfire and just enjoyed the night. I cannot recommend Andy’s cottages more. We will for sure be back soon!

Beautiful cottage. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms so plenty room for a family or two. Very well equiped kitchen, big fridge and freezer, nice dinning nook with a lovely outlook to the flowering and season change colour trees and garden. Comfortable lounge with fire place. Ducted heating worked well. Comfortable beds with extra blankets and pillows. Shower has great water pressure and hot water. overall clean and comfortable very cute cottage.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend doing the coastal cliff walk in the park. It’s a few minutes walk to the IGA and all the restaurants and beaches and also a few minutes walk to the start of the hike. The place was perfect for us with comfy beds, plenty of kitchen supplies and outdoor and indoor spaces that were easy to hang out in. The back yard is way bigger than it looks in the photos and we enjoyed a little fire and wine for our late night chats. Highly recommend this place.

We had a relaxing stay at Stephanie’s cottage. The place was perfect for a long weekend away and location is stunning. Stephanie was a great host and our teenagers particularly loved feeding and being led on a pony ride. We enjoyed fishing, walking our dog off lead at local reserves and picking apples at Bilpin. Thanks Stephanie!

A really awesome spot. Perfect for the stay with our family including a toddler who was delighted with the toys and books available (super handy not to have to pack these!) really ticked all the boxes...v powerful shower, devine deep bath, really well kitted out kitchen and loved the design of the place too....i was inspired to steal some interior design ideas!

The house was exactly as described, and had all the basics we needed to cook at home. Marnie was very responsive, friendly and provided recommendations for the local area. The house is close to stairs that go down to the campground / beach area. It was peaceful and quiet, and we had plenty of space for everything. Recommend to stay here if this is what you are looking for.

Very few places exceed my expectations, the Mud Brick Hut was one of them. I was looking for something private ✅ quirky ✅ with a fire ✅and bath ✅. You feel like you are a million miles away, where in fact. 15 minute drive has you in Nth Richmond. It was raining, we loved the space so much we didn’t want to leave. We spent hours around the fire playing guitar, and then raided the games and spent an afternoon playing chess! Fiona’s place. Is rustic and full of charm and stories. The upstairs loft space is huge- with comfy bed and quality linens. Fiona is super nice, helpful and just lovely host . The little town of Grose Vale is cute and I would love to explore more one day. I definitely would recommend The Mud Hut. Thankyou Fiona!

We just love your cottage, Kristin! What a special place… and with a truly idyllic garden. So lovely to be able to sit around the garden table in the gentle sun during the day and to enjoy conversation and marshmallows around the fire pit in the evening. A wonderful stay. Thank you! Miriam

Ruby's little beachside retreat is a gem. It is very well positioned in the very quiet and peaceful part of the town, about 10 minutes walk to the local cafes. 5 minutes walk and youre on the beach. We loved the minimalist yet 'everything we need' style of decor and kitchen set up. the front and rear yards are enough for kids to play in and the rear deck is great for home cooked breakfasts in the morning sun.

We loved our stay at James’ cottage. It was just enough out of Leura Mall to be quiet and private, but still close enough to all the great shops and food options. The beds are on the firmer side, which I like, and whilst there’s no wifi/internet and mobile coverage can be a bit hit and miss, we found ourselves not at all bothered - our 6yo son loudly proclaiming it’s “the best house ever!” and spent all his time outside exploring the amazing back yard, talking to the chickens and playing on the swing. The outside fire pit was a great hit (lots of marshmallows toasted!), and James was an excellent host - even finding a lost teddy wombat for us.

This was such an absolute gem! What a gorgeous serene place- my family and I had a beautiful time! It’s close to so many things to do, not to mention, right next to door to an incredible bakery and gorgeous farm! What a treat! We were spoilt! Definitely would recommend to those looking to have a beautiful Bilpin experience :-)

From the get go, Millie made us feel welcome with her warm communication and helpful instructions. The cottage is warm and cosy and was everything we needed. It is close enough to town to be walkable, but also that far away to be relaxed and quiet

We had a wonderful relaxing stay and will definitely be back. Beautiful setting, a lovely spacious waterfront cottage, great walks and a very friendly and helpful host. Mick picked us up from Church Point and dropped us off at the end of our stay. I wish we stayed longer.
