A lovely guest house in the garden of a family home, in a quiet residential area. A short drive to local spots such Clifton Village, the harbourside, both universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for a Monday to Friday stay or longer lets. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free parking on the street. The garden is shared with the family - we have a very friendly dog.

Wonderful Sunny house - min.7 days

You’ll love my place because our spacious, bright detached house is sorrounded by gardens and fields in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes drive from the city centre. Near Blaise Castle with a wonderful view of the River Severn and the mountains of Wales. My house has two double bedrooms with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a sunny veranda. Will suit couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). The house is dog friendly, with lovely walks in woodland nearby.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Christine is respectful and caring; during the heatwave, she made sure there was plenty of cold drinking water and provided a new fan.

Lyn and John were fantastic hosts - being generous with lively conversation but also providing options for privacy as desired. I paid a reduced rate due to some regulars being out of town, but they are already providing an excellent value classic bed and breakfast service with homestay personal touches. Lyn offers a full cooked breakfast and cereals to all guests, but was happy to make adjustments to tastes and needs. John also makes a tasty coffee from the espresso machine. I would be glad to return if I am able to find a moment when they are not fully booked!

I had a pleasant stay at Pui Fung’s in the past week. Prior to arrival, her communication was excellent. Her house was immaculate and bed was comfortable. Pui Fung was celebrating the completion of her exam and she kindly invited me for a homely Hong Kong style dinner which was wholesome. Overall, would recommend staying at hers!

Clare is a such a friendly, attentive and thoughtful host and her home is gorgeous. A beautiful comfy guest space with lovely bedding, breakfast table, and shared as well as private coffee facilities. Loved the upstairs views and the quirky architecture of the loft rooms. Perfect for one night though we wish we could have stayed longer!
