We enjoyed our stay at Eric’s apartment. It’s a great value for families, close to Maroubra Beach, shops, and restaurants, and just a short drive to Sydney CBD. The location is super convenient, with the light rail about a 20-minute walk away. The apartment was perfect for two adults and two small kids. The bathtub was handy after beach trips, and ceiling fans in the rooms helped with the summer heat. Despite being on ANZAC Parade, it was surprisingly quiet. Eric was an excellent host—responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early after a long drive from Canberra. A few things to note for families with young children: the building doesn’t have a lift, so carrying prams or luggage up to the first floor might take effort. There’s no onsite parking, but plenty of street parking was available. While air conditioning in the living area would have been nice, the apartment was manageable overall. Would recommended for an affordable and convenient family stay!

This is a really nice apartment suitable for one person or a couple. It is walking distance to the UNSW lower campus. There are various restaurants, a pharmacy, and an Asian supermarket within walking distance. It is also on the light rail line close to two of the stops. Samantha was a great host, very flexible and communicative. The apartment has everything one would need for a pleasant stay. I would happily stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tanya’s house for our Xmas family gathering. The property exceeded our expectations, it was very well appointed and everything felt like home from home. The house was spacious to accommodate our family needs and our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool which was a bonus. There is also a lovely granny annexe. The property is convenient for the beaches and public transport. Buses are at the end of the road and the tram stop only a 15 minute walk so getting to central Sydney was so simple We highly recommend Tanya’s house for a family stay in Sydney, you won’t be disappointed Tanya was a great host and made our stay so smooth,

This property is perfectly situated, close to great beaches and restaurants yet quiet at night. Great value for the area.

I had a great stay at Peter's apartment. The room was clean, bed really comfy, kitchen was very well appointed and it had all the little extras you could need... even wine! 👍 Correspondence was amazing, big thanks to Chantel! The pub next door was great for a yummy curry and friendly staff. I'll be staying again in a few weeks if it's available. Thank you Peter & co for a lovely experience. 🌸🌸

Staying with Heather was really nice, the host so helpful and proactive. The home was cozy and clean, the location really close to the light trail station. Highly recommended staying at this place.
