Excellent hosts. Excellent value. Excellent apartment. I’ve been hosted at plenty of Airbnb’s and you can tell right away that Katie and Lee are pros. From booking onward they gave plenty of clear instructions, proactive communication on arrival and fast responses to our inquiries. Everything was ready for our stay including consumables like laundry soap, paper towel and tissue. The mattresses were super comfortable, which added major bonus points. Walking distance to the downtown farmers market, cafés and restaurants also a plus. Based on the quality of hosting and value for the stay I give this listing 5 stars

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect spot in the perfect location for my work weekend at The AUD. So many great restaurant and takeout options that I could walk to. I appreciated being able to park off the road and I loved that the house is right at the trail network for walking and my morning runs. The home was spotless and exactly as described. I love the soaker tub! The only thing I would note: the bed is quite firm, but still comfortable, and you do hear noise from upstairs, but this is to be expected in a basement unit. I really enjoyed my weekend and I would stay here again!

A pampering and pleasant apartment in a quiet apartment building. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you need, including clean towels and linens. Fully equipped kitchen. Frederick responded within seconds and met all our needs. We would definitely like to stay with him in the future. Thanks for everything

Everything was super, and Rebecca was very nice and accommodating. The suite is a basement of their home, so a bit lower ceiling than I expected, but there is everything that one person may need, and compared to things available nearby it is the best price quality ratio. I definitely recommend.

The place was very clean and recently upgraded. Everything you need in the kitchen and very quiet. Nice neighborhood with quick access to city center. Definitely recommend it.

It was really great experience. This house had a variety of board games which was really helpful for us. On top of that, they had provided an instructions book which contain answers to all our questions.

We had a lovely stay in Port Elgin. The nearby beach is stunning. Lisa's place is clean and very tidy. It was comfortbale for our large wedding party. Excellent stay!

Really lovely place -- three comfortable bedrooms, great sitting and dining area, nice kitchen. Great hosting touches -- extra towels, easy to get onto WiFi, chocolates left for the guest, responsive host. Beautifully decorated in antique-looking solid wood furniture, nice pictures and miscellaneous cute items. Might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues as the bathroom is on the main floor and bedrooms are up an old uneven staircase -- one of us was a person who goes to the bathroom a few times a night and that wasn't ideal for her. For me, it was perfect.

The house is large and beautiful. We especially liked having a second living area upstairs. We had 8 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. We will definitely consider this again in the future when we return to the area.

As advertised. Hosts were helpful, and proactive. Our time there was seemless and we went about our business with no issues.

The River Merchant Inn is beautifully appointed space. Comfortable furnishings, cozy fireplace, and the musical theme decor adds a whimsical atmosphere. Fabulous location

Faran is a lovely host. She is incredibly responsive. The condo was as described. We weren't able to enjoy the building amenities but they looked great. The location was convenient for two separate sporting facility venues we needed to travel to/from.
