the House in the Castle

Our house is part of the 16th cent. Castle of Kimolos and was renewed with respect for tradition. It is a bioclimatic building, with 1m thick stone walls and 4m high ceilings, double roof insulation and small openings that let the air circulate. Fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and a work place (desk, office chair, 27" monitor) for those who cannot leave their work. The house is in the middle of the village, just 1 km away from the port and 3 km away from the clean sandy beaches.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

Just 600 meters from the sea, in the beautiful beach of Provatas and only 3 km from the port of the island , is located the complex of the 4 apartments(self-catering flats) Sarantis. The house is located in the traditional settlement of Exambela facing the picturesque village of Kastro on the Eastern side of the island.. Relax and enjoy your privacy and solitude at the terraces. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.

Ο χώρος μου βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, μόλις λίγα λεπτά από φούρνο, μινι μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και την κεντρική πλατεία με μαγαζιά και καφενεία. Απέχει 200μ. από το δημόσιο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ του χωριού, την στάση του λεωφορείου και ΑΤΜ. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες μέχρι 4 άτομα. Διαθέτει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα και αυτόνομο κλιματισμό σε κάθε δωμάτιο.

The Yellow Boat House

The little fishing village known as Klima is located right on the waterfront quite close to the entrance of the huge natural harbour of Milos. The tiny hamlet is much admired for its little boat houses with their brightly painted doors and windows.

Thalassa Beach House is located directly on the beach. It comprises a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, double bed, sofa bed plus a bathroom with shower – all finished to a very high standard.
