Our stay at Azzurra's place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment itself was charming, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel right at home, and the location is so close to the Watamu Mall where you can find an ATM, supermarket, nice coffee shop, and means of transportation to go around. The pool area was like a private oasis beautifully landscaped, impeccably maintained, and just the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. Whether we were lounging poolside with a good book or taking a leisurely swim under the sun, every moment spent here felt like pure bliss Furthermore, Azzurra went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I felt at home immediately I arrived at Swordfish.The guard expressed readiness to host us.During the stay,Gladys was very helpful and made our stay cool . Rossella assisted with a list of cabs to engage during the stay that we really appreciated.I would highly recommend Swordfish samaki house to anyone willing to stay in Malindi.

This place is definitely worth your time looking at. I thought I’d miss being right at the beach, but honestly, we looked forward to coming ‘home’ to Joseph and David and the calm, quiet, cool of Ruby House. We spent time reading, playing games, reconnecting and resting, as well as swimming and bobbing in the creek - listening and watching birds. It is so peaceful - chatting with fishermen, and just taking in the surroundings. We went for a few day trips- the Gede ruins are well worth an hour of your time, sand dunes north of malindi were great. And we LOVED Garoda Beach - much less seaweed and less busy. I could not speak more highly of the staff - they were present but not, flexible, understanding and really wanted to help make your time enjoyable. The rooms were so comfortable. I think it may be a little hot in the very hot month, but it gets a lovely breeze and there is always the one room to escape into for an afternoon nap if necessary - but we didn’t need to do this. We had a wonderful stay. Katie was always friendly and responsive, and Beatrice, Anderson and Ngala made our time extra peacfeul. We loved having Sophie the cat around. The house is a short tuk-tuk drive away from the creek with some really wonderful restaurants around. It's exactly as showed on the pictures, we slept in the lower two rooms as we visited just as the raint season started and the top bedroom is a little exposed, but very beautiful if you're staying in the dry season. Would really recommend :)

This is a lovely house on the beach just next to Treehouse Watamu. The location is excellent, the staff very friendly, and the house has lots of spots to relax and hangout. It also has a nice pool, good mosquito nets and lots of fans. The ocean is a 3 minute walk and this particular stretch of beach is peaceful, empty and hassle free. The house has two good sized double rooms with a bunkbed (double down, single up) in a small corridor. It fit our family of five perfectly. Will definitely be back.

The best thing about the place is the staff. Very friendly and responsive. they went out of their way to help. The house is very close to the beach. The outside sitting area was very airy, the rooms were clean and the house was generally safe.

A great place with a surprisingly large balcony that we really enjoyed at night. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. And finally the location - it's easy to get around from there and it's not far from places you might want to go to. A place I would return to.

We were a family of four with two children ages 9 and 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in watamu. My children didn’t want to leave the pool and it was so convenient that it was right outside the veranda. The location is perfect. Right on the beach but so close to walking to lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. you can walk down the beach to hire a boat for a ride to snorkel and dolphin watch, you can walk out to the islands at low tide. We hired Joffit, a local chef at Federica’s recommendation , to prepare breakfast and lunches and do shopping. Would highly recommend to anyone else. It made the stay very relaxing. The flat was perfect for our family. Extremely clean, spacious and we appreciated the minimalist decor. We didn’t notice any loud noise like other reviewers mentioned. We could hear the waves at night. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Watamu.

Number one Airbnb in Mombasa. Hostess and accommodation are unique. I immediately felt at home. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The 24h security service made me feel very safe. Thank you Nailah.

Perfect studio apartment, with very close to Mombasa beach, very stable network, I was able to work without issues. cleaning comes everyday, much appreciated.

I stayed here for 6 weeks in a row. The hospitality of Emmanuel and his team is unmatched. Outstanding personnel, the cleaning lady specifically. Emmanuel himself is very proactive and really caring about your well being. Always happy to help. Internet works well for digital nomads. Blackouts occur rarely and last no longer than a minute. We had a great stay at Lucy’s place. Check-in was smooth and on time, and the place was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was amazing, and we were able to use it every day. The air conditioner kept us comfortable, and having a washing machine and iron was really helpful, especially with the clothes we brought. A cleaner came in regularly, which kept everything tidy. Getting to the main amenities and nearby cities was easy, and tuk-tuks were readily available to pick us up whenever needed. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend staying at Lucy’s place!

We had a pleasant stay. Lots of amenities associated with the Gecko resort. Good restaurants not far away. Tribe Water Sports on the beach. Great Kite Boarding. Two big pools. Nightly entertainment. Daily cleaning.

We loved our 10 day stay at Susan's place - so much so that we are already looking to book again! Its a fabulous location, next door to a host of great beach restaurants, coffee shops and food stops. It was perfect with young kids, we could run out to the pool and beach (with is connected to the property) and also have AC in the house for when we needed rest. The flat itself is clean, comfortable (especially the beds) and has everything you'll need! It exceeded our expectations and we have already recommended to friends.

we had the best stay at Silvyas place. The ocean view from the apartment was amazing, access to the beach was easy any time and our chef Gibson was amazing too and on time as well.Silvya is also very Jovial 😊. Value for money and we will be back

We loved staying at Wangari's, the house and neighbourhood more than exceeded our expectations. The area is peaceful and easily accessible from the road and other amenities. Would 100% recommend.
