Isana House, or "House of the Rising Sun", was designed in a Swahili-style and is positioned to catch the north-east as well as south-east breezes, depending on the time of the year. It is furnished comfortably in an uncluttered & simple style, with locally-made Swahili/East African furniture. Each bedroom has its own sea facing verandah and our local team (a chef, 2 maids & a gardener) live on site - they will cook to your requests, provide massages and make your stay memorable. Nyumba Watamu - Villa and Garden - is a beautiful Kenyan Villa located in a very quiet area, a few steps away from the "centre" of Watamu and Watamu beach (less than 5 mins walking to the centre and the beach, no need for a mototaxi!). The villa was conceived to let a gentle breeze go through the whole space, keeping you cool! It is fully furnished to make you feel at home, with daily housekeeping (on request) and a child-minding environment, including a laundry service, to relax and unwind.
