The kitchen area is shared with Hotos.The rest of the property is for your exclusive use, and you can enjoy your time as freely as if you were renting the entire property. A spacious 230 ㎡ space can accommodate up to 8 people.Perfect for family or group trips.There is also good access to popular cherry blossom viewing spots, such as Mt. Mt. Yoshino, and to the World Heritage Site, Konpōzanji Temple. We have made sure you have a comfortable stay while keeping the historic beams and tiled roof.The tranquility of the mountains, the soft light that lights up at night.Here, you can forget about your daily routine. We recommend coming by car because of the natural environment. (If you are coming by train, we can arrange a pick-up and drop-off service to the nearest station if you wish.) You can enjoy a free BBQ set and a campfire in the garden, or fully enjoy nature while rocking in a hammock on the 20-tatami mat wood deck. The spacious living room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker built into the ceiling. You can relax while playing your favorite music. Access to the World Heritage Site, Kumano Kodo, and the Choshi River, known as the Miracle River, is also good, making it the perfect base for sightseeing on the Kii Peninsula. In a quiet environment surrounded by nature, you can enjoy time as if you were staying in your own private villa. Until now, there were no restaurants nearby (convenience stores are within a few minutes' drive), but a Japanese restaurant has opened just around the corner. You can also enjoy ramen at lunch time. If you want to have dinner, you can also introduce this restaurant.(Advance reservation is required for dinner) There is ample parking and free parking on the premises for more than 10 cars.Please come by car as it is. This is a private, whole-house guesthouse located in the quiet fishing village of Nigishima, Kumano City, Mie Prefecture. On the way to Nigishima, you’ll be greeted by the deep blue ocean known as “Kumano Blue,” and the house sits overlooking the calm waters of Nigishima Bay. To reach the house, you will need to climb approximately 50 steps (about a 5-minute walk), but a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere await you at the top.

The river is just a few minutes walk from the house which is the best place for chilling out, swimming with your family or family and enjoying water. 20 mins' drive from JR "Misedani" station and 60 mins' drive to the Osugidani Valley (one of the three greatest valleys in Japan).

There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast.
