Very helpful and welcoming host. They quickly respond to any inquiries and rushes to help. Great apartment !!! Modern, elegant, decorated with taste, character and atmosphere, in a tenement house from the 1920s. An interesting feature are the wooden stairs on the stairwell. Very clean, pleasant, attention to every detail and aesthetic. Very spacious, with large windows and a balcony, sunny. Plus free access to Netflix and PrimeVideo. 10% discount for the restaurant downstairs with real Italian cuisine - delicious homemade pasta. Great location, on the main promenade, close to the PKP, perfect for walking and exploring the most important monuments and attractions. An apartment absolutely worth recommending and worth the price. Great place! And a super host!

We had an amazing time staying at Karol’s place. The place was exactly as described (and even better in person!). It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything plus more than we needed for our stay. We felt right at home. The location is on a quiet street with a Zabka (the local convenience store) a couple minutes walk away. You can see a church in the distance and hear its bells tolling. It’s not near any main “attractions” but Kielce is a small city, so it’s quick and easy to get around (we had a car). Communication with Karol was excellent. He was quick to respond, and provided clear instructions. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Kielce. We will def be returning!

She told me that the appartment is not for her but for her husband, and I agreed with her to rent the apartment from 18 to 20 for 400z, and her husband took the amount. She said that this amount is for one day only, while the agreement is for two nights, and I checked out on Friday at 1040am , and she did not return the amount to me 400z, and she no longer answers her phone

Fabulous place! Delightful orchard great neighborhood. In the home, everything is as described. It's a pity that it was still winter and you couldn't use the charms of a beautiful orchard! Kinga mega communicative!

A very nice cottage and well-equipped, a great place for a vacation or a longer weekend.

In short, if you are looking for a place in the country, close to nature but with restaurants and attractions reasonably available, this is a great place. But you do have to have a car. Overall great "life in the village" experience. What completes the experience is that Anna will prepare local, authentic food for you (for a separate fee) so If you are OK with eating at home you will not need to do anything but enjoy the countryside. Also, there is no AC so be prepared to spend hot days outside in the shade. (near the pond is the best place, you can feed some fish there)
