Our cozy, rustic off grid yurt is located 20 min west of Golden in the Bleaberry Valley. It is nestled on the side of Willow Bank mountain. The views and nearby activities here are world class. The yurt has the necessities you need to have a comfortable stay anytime of year but is a very basic and rustic place, best suited to adventure seekers. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Listen to the wolves howling right outside your window at the neighboring Wolf Center. Stay warm on those cold nights with the infloor heating and wood stove. This cozy little cabin is nestled in the beautiful Blaeberry valley, with great trails along the river's edge only a few minutes walk away.There is a full size shower and comfortable outhouse that has ample lighting that comes on automatically when it gets dark.

It recently underwent a wall-2-wall renovation and was professionally designed with 2 full bathrooms, one of which has a dual shower! Walk in right off your skis, take your gear off in the mudroom, and Relax in your private hot tub after a big day skiing. Please note, a maximum of 2 pets is permitted.

Welcome to our beautiful home located in the Blaeberry Valley which is within 150 km of 5 National Parks and only 15 minutes from the Town of Golden. We are on the same street as Northern Lights Wildlife Centre (Wolves) and around the corner from The Buffalo Ranch. The Blaeberry offers many hikes and Thompson Falls is only 14 kms away. Sit back and relax with spectacular mountain views or enjoy various activities at the top of the mountain in the heart of the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort! In the summertime, enjoy several mountain biking and hiking trails. In the winter, enjoy a small piece of heaven with some of the best ski trails a resort has to offer. My apartment is located approximately 5 minutes from the bottom of the lift.
