Transfers booked through the landlord (2,800 THB), including: taxi to the pier, ferry, taxi accommodation), absolutely perfectly organized. The complex consists of 10 villas in 3 rows (A, B, C), with No. 1 being close to the restaurant or beach. Villa matched the description, but only 2 plug connections for 5 electrical appliances in the kitchen are not enough. If you want to cook yourself, pretty much everything is available. A small convection oven is also available. Electricity 11 THB kw/h. (2 weeks 1500 THB) Daily cleaning 200 THB. Car transport within the island is very expensive (no matter where 2,400 THB), rental cars (only to be rented on the mainland) are not allowed to be used with the ferry. Scooter 1,200 THB/day. Restaurant OK. Prices from 300 THB are OK. Conclusion: Landlord can be contacted for everything, overall very positive if you want to relax.

Having traveled for three months through Southern Thailand with two small dogs, we have never felt as comfortable and cozy as in Phang Nga House of Phu. Being a real home with a soul, it is located in a quiet area and is equipped with everything you need for both comfortable rest and active sightseeing of the area. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to test your own ideas on excellent Thai products that you can buy at a nearby market. Also worthy of praise are bedrooms where you can rest perfectly in clean bedding, modern bathrooms, a terrace where you can relax in the evening to the sounds of nature. The owner of the house stayed in constant contact with us, giving us a lot of very useful tips. Our dogs were welcomed with understanding and kindness, and the small garden provided them with freedom of movement and the opportunity to play. Trin and his family were super welcoming, very kind , and really helpful with local recommendations. The house is very comfortable and well appointed with a bathroom downstairs as well as upstairs by the bedroom. This lovely fully air conditioned house is nestled near a main road so if you are a light sleeper be mindful of this. The location is about a 15 mins drive north of the main tourist part of Khao Lak where all the resorts are. This suited us as we prefer a quieter neighbourhood and a slower pace. The birdlife in the surrounding trees is lovely & we had a very pleasant 4 night stay here. There are also daily street food markets & small supermarkets a short drive away in both directions, so you are well covered if you want to self cater. Thank you Trin and family !

Everything was perfect, beautiful pool. Nice house, comfortable beds. I'll definitely be back. I only recommend removing the photos of the gym from the listing because they make you think it's in the house and it's not. Anyway, great stay.

The stay was beautiful and Thai Mueang Beach is worth a trip! You have the beach almost to yourself, but at the same time there are enough restaurants nearby. The place matched the listing exactly and the host was very helpful and always available as he lives right next door. A transfer from Phuket Airport was also offered.

Alex was fantastically helpful and offers a wonderful home. I spent a month living here enjoying Khao Lak in a home away from home! Alex was quick to respond to any questions I had, was incredibly helpful regarding transportation options and had a lovely scooter available too. Nothing was too much trouble. This old Thai-House is so amazing, it gives you the feeling of being part of the neighborhood, it is in the rural background of the beach, so there are no tourists.

Absolutely gorgeous house and beautiful surroundings, not too far from any shops and close to the beach! The host was lovely to deal with and very sweet and accommodating. Definitely made our stay in Khao Lak very easy, comfortable and special!
