I loved my 2-week stay on this villa. It’s well maintained, clean, I got free cleaning, and there was no deposit or electricity fees (unlike some other villas on the island). There’s also a restaurant in the villa complex which is very convenient. The location is perfect - away from major traffic jams of southern Bang Tao, and close to Porto de Phuket. Beach is 12 minute drive. I enjoyed every day of my stay on this villa (I was driving a car). What needs to be improved is to add the microwave oven — it’s pretty basic, and I lacked it. Also, laundry is only available at the villa maintenance at a fee or elsewhere at coin laundries. Overall, I do recommend this villa.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Biw und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen, in 10 min Gehweite ist ein Strand mit Café und Restaurant. Ein kleiner Laden ist auch in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Abgesehen davon braucht man Motorräder oder Fahrräder, um die Insel zu erkunden. Man kann bei Biw zwei Fahrräder und 3 Mottoräder mieten. Mit unseren 2 Kindern reichten uns die Fahrräder nicht, daher haben wir 2 Motorräder geliehen. Da sehr wenig Verkehr auf der Insel ist, kann man selbst als Motorrad Anfänger wie wir problemlos rumfahren. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir einmal morgens hinter dem Haus ein paar Affen gesehen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Biw nur empfehlen.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

We stayed as a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children and the accommodation was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of living space for us to eat and socialise. Wahid was super responsive and helpful re check in and we dropped our luggage there on check in day before heading to the beach. The property is in a quiet road away from the main town but we walked with the children to both Surin and Bang Tao beach, both of which are fantastic with lots of restaurants and things to do. It's a lovely place and a good base for exploring the local beaches as well as a short taxi ride to Kamala. We would go back

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at the villa, felt very safe! The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed and the pool was beautiful! Perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge! Would highly recommend this villa. I wish I didn’t have to leave 😃 we also made use of Pam’s massage business where the staff are super friendly and the service was outstanding. Pam helped organise our transport to and from the airport with ease too… Thank you for allowing us into your home. Hopefully we will visit again.

My wife and I had an incredible two-week stay at this beautiful property. The host was exceptionally friendly, communicative and made us feel so welcome from the start. The place was spotless—exactly like the photos—and felt brand new, thanks to housekeeping who does a very nice job. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was a standout—well-equipped with loungers, a patio table, and beanbag chairs. We used this beautiful pool more than usual! The sunrise and views were stunning every day. The area is quiet, safe, and secure—a perfect private paradise with gorgeous, vibrant landscaping. Highly recommend! Had a great time staying here. The host was really helpful during our stay. Good space for us 4. One of the beds was in the kitchen. We didn’t see this in the pictures, but it didn’t matter that much to us. Walking distance to most things we needed.

If you're planning a trip to Phuket, you HAVE to stay here! The location is unbeatable: close enough to the beach for easy access but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The peaceful surroundings, with greenery all around, made the stay so relaxing and comfortable. My family and I had an amazing three days here — spending our days exploring and playing at the beach, then coming back to a quiet, cozy place to unwind. A special shoutout to the host, who patiently guided me even though I arrived late and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time there. The host was also gracious enough to allow a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The only small improvements we would suggest are softer beds, as they were a bit hard for our liking, and more lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup. It would also be great to have more rugs by the shower for added comfort when getting in and out. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!"

La villa correspondait aux photos et était même mieux en vrai situé dans un quartier très calme idéal pour un séjour en famille. Jean Michel nous a super bien à accueilli et nous a même amené avec son propre véhicule pour faire des courses ! Il était attentif à nos demandes et très réactif lorsque nous en avions besoin. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrions merci pour tout !

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe von einem der schönsten Strände von Phuket gesucht (Surin Beach) und sind so auf diese Wohnung gestoßen. Sie war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Zwei große Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche sowie separates WC und Dusche. Daneben sehr praktisch ein Stellplatz für unseren Mietwagen auf dem Grundstück. Supermärkte, Wäscherei und Strand sind alles in Laufnähe. Dennoch lässt sich mit einem Mietwagen noch sehr viel mehr auf Phuket erkunden. Montree ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und engagierter Host - wir waren sehr zufrieden!

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w tym domu. Obiekt znajduje się na uboczu w odległości dłuższego spaceru od plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Najbardziej lubiliśmy nieśpieszne poranki na tarasie w towarzystwie kotów i kur.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à la hauteur de nos espérances, dans cette villa ! Tout était parfait, de notre arrivée à notre départ. La villa était impeccable à notre arrivée, très bien équipée et conforme aux photographies. L’endroit est calme, paisible mais reste très bien situé. La rue principale avec les commerces et restaurants se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds, ce qui rend l’emplacement idéal. La piscine est grande et très bien exposée. Elle est nettoyée deux fois par semaine, ce qui est bien suffisant. Benoit est un super hôte ! Il s’est montré disponible, aimable et attentionné tout au long du séjour, ce qui a permis de le rendre encore plus agréable ! Merci encore… Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Direkt am Rand zum Wald in einer ruhigen Gegend. Alles wie auf den Bildern und sauber. Wir haben was in dem Haus vergessen. Sind nach unserem Aufenthalt in Phuket nach Ko Samui geflogen und Pim hat uns ein Paket in unser Hotel auf Ko Samui geschickt. Das war wirklich super nett! Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier zu schlafen.
