The listing was very centrally located near malls and food and great property for a friend’s gathering. It had everything as described up front - great for games, relaxing with a rooftop pool and all the required amenities. Tirawat was also a responsive host and catered to any of our needs throughout the stay. I would recommend this property!

It's the best that you can rent a private house at this price range. It's an old prison, so you can't expect perfect cleanliness, but it's well maintained and has plenty of other charms. 1. First, you can experience the local alleyways of Thailand. Everyone was nice. It's a bit hard to get there, but it's not hard to get there once you check in because the staff picks you up. 2. An old Thai prison was remodeled to keep that feeling. It's a shame that it's old and creaky and that there's noise from the surrounding roads, but the air conditioning is cool and the water is really clean. I used a shower filter, and it was still white until the day I left. And Jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is kind and informs you of nearby food and sights, they respond very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay- the location is excellent, the house is clean and very spacious (major plus for our family of 6)! We had a little difficulty finding the location- but Nam was very responsive. Highly recommend. We were in Bangkok during the earthquake- most people had to evacuate their buildings- it was nice to have a place to go during the commotion. Sending our prayers.

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

The house was a bit hidden in an alley and took a bit to find it but, the host was very helpful. As soon as we entered the home we noticed how clean and beautiful it was. I definitely recommend this house if you have many people accompanying you. It is very spacious and there’s lots to do.

There's no problem with Airbnb in Thailand!! If you're coming with your family, I highly recommend Airbnb! The soundproofing wasn't great, but if you're coming with your family, you can understand. There are also many restaurants around the accommodation, so I hope you can stop by Kkotok!! This is a listing that satisfies J itself.

Beautiful place and value for money! As it was near the BTS we found it really easy to get around. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating to our requests as well. Will definitely recommend to our friends. :)

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

Benyada's house is like an oasis of peace in the middle of the jungle of the city, beautiful, clean spacious, we felt at home in it and if we still go to Bangkok, we will definitely stay here again

House was extremely clean with fresh sheets and towels upon arrival. Host was very responsive throughout our stay and provided fuss free checkin. The location is slightly far from the convenience stores but it’s secluded with quiet surrounding and peaceful neighbors.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. Perfect homestay, perfect, great in every way, the best homestay in Bangkok, or the most comfortable homestay I've ever stayed in.The bedside table can charge your phone wirelessly, projector TV, massage chair, sauna room, living room sofa also has a leg massager, garage, detached villa, 2 floors 4 bedrooms, latex mattress, latex quilt, latex pillow, coffee machine water dispenser air purifier, dishwasher fan, 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens, large living room and balcony, it's a really comfortable Bangkok vacation home, even a 5-star hotel can't compare, Bangkok 5-star hotels are more expensive than Shanghai and Beijing.The best homestay I have ever stayed in Bangkok, the location is also very central, easy to go anywhere, most importantly, it's very quiet at night, I hate the sound of motorcycles and tuk-tuks in Bangkok.There is even a sauna. The hardware and software are really good. The materials used for the renovation are all good. The layout is also very good. It's super ventilated. Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip
