There are loads of green areas for kids to play as well as a maid room. The kitchen is very clean and equipped. The whole house is furnished from Ikea in Dubai. We would love to share our home with link minded people.

The Palace is a wonderful place to stay at while in Khartoum.It's clean , new and It has everything you need for short or long stays. I highly recommend it!

A modern kitchen with a sleek design features white cabinetry and dark granite countertops. Cooking utensils and appliances are neatly arranged, with a gas stove and oven present. A bowl of fresh fruit adds a pop of color to the countertop, while a window allows natural light to brighten the space.

I returned here for a second visit because I couldn't imagine a better place to go in all of Khartoum. After a long, chaotic day of running around Sudan, i know that i can come back here to relax, sip on some complimentary hibiscus tea, and let my worries melt away. The host helped me out so many times - answering Sudan questions, exchanging money, offering tips/ recommendations/etc... you will be in good hands here.

The exterior of a modern multi-story building is visible, characterized by a combination of blue and gray panels. Large windows and balconies are featured on each floor, while a stone facade at the base adds texture. Nearby, parked cars and a vibrant cityscape can be seen.

Very clean apartment in a good location, we had a great stay.

Very clean and comfortable. A fair distance from e.g. airport and need to have good set of directions. As someone returns to Khartoum from time to time I would for sure choose it again.

The exterior of the building is illuminated at night with colorful LED lights in red and blue, highlighting its architectural features. Vehicles are parked in front, and a welcoming entrance is visible, contributing to the overall ambiance of the location.

I had a five-day stay at Tariq's residence. The place was well taken care of and spacious. When I arrived I had some issues connecting to wifi, but Tariq quickly helped me resolve that. I am very delighted that I decided to stay at that residence. The building itself had a family-friendly ambiance. The tenants and staff were very warm and kind. Looking forward to my next trip to Sudan. I already know where I am staying :)

A great host! Helped a lot from the airport until check out. The apartment was so clean that felt like home. I would book same accommodation for my next visit.

Very nice place to stay in Khartoum. A very good location and perfect place to stay and relax. I highly recommend this place to everyone...

Very comfortable place to relax in Khartoum with all of the amenities. Internet connection is fast and consistent. Enjoyed the hospitality of Hassan and Seif. Positive vibes. They helped me with so many things. This is a great value compared to other lodging available in Khartoum and you can be sure you are getting quality. If you see this place and it’s available you are lucky. Highly recommend. 10/10
