Excellent stay! I loved every aspect of my stay! Great location, near a mall with grocery store. Definitely no one should judge that some rooms and certain aspects of the building are under renovation. You will (I did) stay in a perfect, 100% completely renovated room with all the furnishings one would want to find. Can't expect a business trying to stay afloat (war or no war) to have the whole building fully renovated. Absolutely zero impact to the guests. Everything works. Auto motion activated lights in the halls. Easy check-in. Nice cool building. Heat pump unit works perfect to heat/cool the room. Hot water on demand. Honestly this is better than places I stayed in Kyiv that are 2-3x the price. I highly recommend Maksym's amazing apartments and I will happily stay again next time I'm in Kharkiv. Note that I am a 5 star host in Canada and I think Maksym knows what he's doing. Exceptional communication.

great place and great location

Excellent apartment, everything was as described and what was shown in the pictures. Was actually better than what the pictures show, everything was great. Other than getting lost thanks to GPS intermittent the building was easy to find. The apartment was in a great location, quiet all the time, walkable to many locations, there is a good size grocery store down the road, about 10 minute walk, but you can get everything you need there, including fresh crawfish, lol. There are no complaints with the apartment, the location or anything, Svitlana was awesome with assistance when it was needed. Replies were within minutes, even some odd ball ones that I had. The apartment is a studio, dont try to get a bunch of people in it. Perfect for 1 or 2 people, enclosed balcony over looking the city, great spot to be at sunset. If you get the chance to go to Ukraine, this is a great option to stay at. Not to far from city center, everything is within walking distance.

Квартира затишна. В ній немає нічого зайвого і є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. В приміщенні чисто, тепло, все ціле, функціональне. Заселення було легким, Ольга завчасно надала всю необхідну інформацію з фото. Однозначно рекомендую! Єдине, варто зважати на те, що будинок розташований біля залізничного вокзалу - не дуже тихе місце, чути рух метро та трамваїв - перший час не дуже комфортно в умовах постійних повітряних тривог, але швидко звикаєш.

Отличное место. Хорошее расположение и заселение в удобное время. При необходимости можно комфортно приготовить покушать и постирать.
