Vacation rentals with beach access in Khanom District

Benjamins Place is just a few steps from the beautiful Lamai Beach was very well kept and fully equipped and everything was working well. After traveling to Ko Phangan and coming back to Samui we appreciated the proximity to the beach. The conversation and the meetings with Benjamin were very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very nice and exactly as advertised and the area is very peaceful since it is in the countryside. However, you are not too far from Lamai so for me the location was perfect. You should rent a motorbike if you stay here. Chrissie and her husband are very friendly and helpful and there’s a very friendly dog who will greet you every time you go out and leave. I would recommend this place to others and I will stay here again if I come to Samui.

Our stay from start to finish was amazing. From the moment we checked in we couldn’t believe the view. The hotel was so helpful and having access to the amenities was great. Nan our maid was lovely and the communication and recommendations from Christian made our stay just perfect. We didn’t want to leave ! If I ever get the chance to visit Thailand again would 1000% stay here again. Thank you so much ! Ps. I-Talay restaurant was a fab recommendation we went twice !!

What a beautiful place this was. Clean, comfortable and stunning views. Jake was responsive and clear during check in. My guests and I were really happy and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we had the opportunity. Thank you for having us.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. This two-bedroom place was perfect for our time there. And we enjoyed it so much we would have loved to have extended and stayed longer. The setup inside with two bedrooms (we used as an office space/exercise/yoga space) was spacious and comfortable. We liked that there were two bathrooms, both with hot water. The enclosed verandah with the fan was also a treat - our favourite spot for breakfast. We could walk to restaurants and to the beach (tidal). The apartment came with a motorbike, so it was easy to go out and explore the hidden coffee shops, restaurants, and Lamai Beach. The apartment is situated in a quieter area on the south of the island. It is 15 to 20 min from the 'Lamai buzz, noise and busyness'. For us this was the perfect place to breathe, relax and feel refreshed. Dave is an excellent host. He is well-connected and helped us out of a couple of tricky situations. He is very knowledgeable and made our stay relaxing and special

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at Barish’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect – close to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. Barush was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips about the area. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and a guidebook with local recommendations. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Top Lage! 2 Minuten zum Traumstrand mit viel Bars und Restaurants! 7 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt! Tolle Unterstützung von Matthias und seiner Frau bei Problemen!!! Ich hatte alles was ich brauchte in der Unterkunft! Der Wahnsinn erwartet einen, wenn man sich die Mühe macht und in der Anlage ganz nach oben geht, dort erwartet einen eine Terrasse mehr schreibe ich nicht dazu. It is the best experience we have had on Airbnb. Both Nattarine and her father have helped us in everything and have been wonderful people, as have all the neighbours. We ran out of petrol on the motorbike and they all came to help us and they also helped us transport ourselves to another villa. They are wonderful people. The house is big and very pretty and the pool is incredible. I really want to go back.

Our Contact Person Oam was very friendly and drove us around everwhere. His Service was Outstanding. The only bad thing was that we had to pay for dirty towels and also for some towels which randomly “disappeared”. But all in all a very good AirBnB.

Это новый комплекс, который сдали в конце 2024. Квартира новая и свежая. Кажется до нас в квартире никто не жил. Большая кровать с отличным свежим постельным бельем. В квартире есть все для проживания. Квартира светлая и уютная. Есть большой балкон, который выходит на красивый холм. Перед балконом нет жилых построек, поэтому вашей приватности никто не помещает. Балкон огромный. На нем можно провести утреннюю зарядку, устроить ужин, работать за ноутбуком, посушить белье. На территории есть бассейн и лежаки. Есть спортивный зал. Правда из оборудования только беговые дорожки и боксерская груша. Сам дом находится в тихом месте. Но стоит пройти 100 метров, ты окажешься на оживленной улице. На улице есть бары, рестораны, массажные салоны, магазины и аптеки. Отдельно хочу отметить работу арендодателя. Он всегда был на связи и своевременно реагировал на наши просьбы. Я завидую тем, кто остановится в этом прекрасном месте. Рекомендую!

Was a gorgeous place to stay with a lovey pool, little gym and pool table down stairs. The location was amazing and so close to a big c and the Main Street of the town. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also amazing as it is so close to the beach with amazing food and views. Had all the kitchen utensils you’d need and made you feel right at home!. Amazing staff in the building and security at night!. The host is amazing and so attentive she truly makes you feel at home in your new environment and will reply to at question very clearly! Was an amazing stay ESPECIALLY for the price would recommend to everyone as there is also a lift to the flat. Would definitely stay again!!.

I really enjoyed my stay at DB Studios. The place was exactly as described and the pictures. It was peaceful and I enjoyed hearing the birds outside my balcony. My room was facing the entrance with a balcony which also had a view of the pool and guest lounge area. The location was in a good spot in Lamai. I was able to walk to almost everything. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. :)

Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns wohlgefühlt! Es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Die netten Mitarbeiter sorgen für Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Bei jeglichen Fragen wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Kurzum, es wird dort äußerst professionell gearbeitet! Silver Beach und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig und schnell erreichbar. Falls man weiter weg möchte ist man auf ein Transportmittel angewiesen. Bei der Anmietung eines Rollers kriegt man Unterstützung vom Team.
