This location is exactly what the description and the pictures say. A lovely house with good beds and furnished for 8 people. A pleasant host who is easily accessible. Good appointments and everything is fine!

Had a great stay and everything was exactly as described. The cottage is very well equipped and Dorothee welcomed us warmly. Small note: you hear the rooster in the morning if you sleep with the window open, at least on the side of the chickens, so real village life.

Beautifully located house at the edge of the village and the forest. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking. Sandra is a warm hostess who responds quickly. Now in winter fine house but in good weather completely ideal.

We were there with the family (6 adults and 4 children) and felt super comfortable. The rooms are simple but cozy, the kitchen well equipped and everything else we needed was there. Since it is an old house, you should keep in mind that it is very bright and creaks and squeaks in many places - but that didn't bother us. Especially nice for us was the outdoor area with the chickens and many vehicles and toys for the children. A beautiful forest can be reached directly from the property.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful manor house with our family. Especially the very well and comfortably equipped kitchen gave us cozy hours, as well as the very cozy living room. We were completely satisfied, communication with the hosts was very pleasant and straightforward and we can recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a cozy weekend with 10 or more people. A cozy, beautifully decorated house. Nice kitchen, delicious coffee. The conservatory is very spacious, comfortable and wonderful to relax and stay outside all day. We loved the variety of plants around the house. Our little dog was very happy with his gift clip! Who doesn't want to sit on a sandy road with a setting sun and where you'll walk right into the woods! Thanks Robert and Marielle for the quick communication and warm welcome

The terrace and view is really fantastic, although the cottage is on a campsite. Unfortunately, it is very nice and very fast to work, but otherwise very nice and very fast communication with Thees.

we were only there for three days but the location was very nice everything very clean and friendly. there are many attractions for visitors when you speak the language. at check in very friendly and also good English knowledge available. the tent exceeded our expectations. it was very large spacious and well equipped. highly recommended for a short vacation to enjoy nature and have peace and quiet

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

We were there for a weekend. You can quickly access the marketplace. It's not far to the train station. Ideal for further excursions. The apartment is very lovingly furnished. The terrace is great.

I was traveling for work and could feel right at home in Susann's apartment. The highway can be reached quickly and you can always find a parking space at the house, the surroundings were great for extended walks in the afternoon. In the kitchen you have everything you need and especially the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Thank you!

The house was amazing. Was as described in the photo. Marcus was very flexible with check in and checkout timing. The supermarkets were walkable distance from the accomodation. Its located in the quiet location and very close to netherlands border. The house had everything we needed and lots of space for a family of 4. Thankyou Marcus for having us. It was a pleasure staying at your place, I would highly recommend it.

What a lovely house in an amazing location. Everything was present, we didn't have to take anything with us. A large fenced garden for the dog and complete privacy where we sat outside, also it was not very warm. It was a wonderful weekend and highly recommended if you like peace and quiet and nice hiking
