They were veeery helpful and welcoming. The place is very easy to find with free secured parking. We found everything we needed for our stay there.

It was a wonderful stay and the location is very close to downtown. Amine was very amazing and was always willing to help out whenever I needed help. The place is very clean and had everything I need for a one month stay. It even had an elevator so I didn’t have to walk up the stairs. Also, it has shops around it so you can get groceries or other things easily without going too far. Would stay again if I came to Sfax.

Alles ok soweit, Küche habe ich nicht benutzt weil doch etwas abgegriffen aber ansonsten sauber. Den Zug der 20 m gegenüber regelmäßig, Hupend, über die Schienen brettert wird leider nicht erwähnt. Lage auch ok, mit dem Taxi in 10-15 min in der Medina. Radhy selber war sehr hilfsbereit, nett, Freundlich und hat alle von mir gefragten Fragen zufriedenstellend beantwortet.

Habib's studio apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It is very clean, in a central location, accessible, and quiet. Habib is the perfect host, even with demands from his work and family. There was a problem with the city's water while I visited, but Habib made sure I had plenty of water for washing and cooking. Highly recommended. A place and host you can trust.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist schön und sauber, man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß. Wir haben die Zeit wirklich genossen Salma hat ein großes Herz, sie ist hilfsbereit und war immer gut zu erreichen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pictures are exactly the same. The location is perfect along a main road, supermarket directly below, bread shop, cake and ice cream store and also food shops along the road. Apartment is very spacey and lot of light during the day. I stayed with my little son and would definitely stay again and definitely recommend staying at Sameh apartment. The apartment is serviced by a lift and 24 hour security cameras.

Eine schöne saubere große Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Wir wurden super empfangen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Je me suis senti chez moi dans cet appartement situé au centre ville et calme. De conception et construction traditionnelles, il reste frais même quand il fait chaud. Simple, pratique et confortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se rafraichir en rentrant, travailler, cuisiner et bien dormir. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité, et il suffit d'attendre quelques minutes en bas pour prendre un taxi.
